Shinso's POV

Did Alecto just use my scarf?

The way he moved with it was also mind blowing. To be able to move at such speed and strength on possibly his first go.

My mind was in pieces trying to understand exactly how he could use it like that.

But I can't focus on that right now, we have a mission.

Alecto hands me back my scarf and I wrap it around my neck, revelling in the comfort.

I start following Alecto as he walked through the facility, taking a shortcut over one of the bridges, overlooking the desks underneath. He stares over the railing, watching as Eraser was finishing up the last. A loud 'Bang!' rings through the facility as he slams him into the ground using his scarf, knocking the guy out.

We continue walking along the bridge, walking to the main bridge leading to another room. The other group met us there, even Red Riot, who was leaning up against a wall breathing heavily.

"How you holding up Red? Ribbit." Froppy croaks, just arriving after us. He weakly nods his head, a toothy grin plastered on his face.

"It'll take a lot more to put me down." He slams his fists into each other, hardening his skin on impact creating some sparks, grunting in slight pain as he does.

We wait a few moments for Eraser and Ground Zero to arrive and once they did, Alecto begins to speak up.

"Alright, now that we're all here, we need a plan." He walks up to the door, staring at it blankly. "We don't know what's on the other side. More guards or maybe it's where the meeting is being held. Either way, we need a back up." He turns back towards us, waiting to see if we have anything. Creati seems to think of something before speaking up.

"We should try and see if there are any cameras inside. I saw some computers on those desks near the entrance, maybe they have something." Before anyone could agree, Ground Zero let's out a grunt.

"We could try, but an organisation like this wouldn't want a camera recording every action they take." Alecto moves his hands onto his chin and speaks up.

"But it's a place to start." He points his finger to Creati. "Creati, try looking into their computers, try finding any information about this place or any others you can." She nods her head and begins moving back to the entrance, dragging along Froppy as she does. "For the time being, we should find another way in, an underground bunker like this will need ventilation, which will either be in this room or outside." He searches around the door looking for any kinds of vents and finds one quickly.

"Me, Mindfreak and Alecto will go through the vents and report back what we find." Eraser speaks up. I suppress my groan and go towards the vent, pulling it down with my scarf.

Alecto jumps ahead, crawling inside while I stay behind, entering last. I try ignoring any dust we crawled through, soon coming into a larger part of the shaft with a fan spinning on one of the walls, while on the other side was a grate, allowing us to see into the room.

The area was tall enough for all of us to stand in, allowing us to properly think and gather our breath. Alecto crouches next to the grate, trying to listen in to the room. Both myself and Eraser kneel next to him, listening as calm voices talked to each other.

"You must understand, making contact with the oil company will broaden our profits and power." His greed was dripping from his lips. There was also some aggression underlying his voice, making me confused.

"And you must understand that oil is becoming outdated." The new voice of a calm man made me confused, there was also a sense of boredom underlaying in his voice. It also didn't sound like it was coming straight from a person, it sounded like it was coming from a speaker. "Our profits would be increased ten fold if we controlled other companies, specifically ones researching new energy sources." His voice stayed calm as he spoke. I try and get a closer look through the grate, only managing to see a man on a wide screen. Alecto seems to see the same thing as I tell Eraser about it.
