Aizawa's POV

"Is everyone here?" My voice talks over the room, gathering everyone's attention. They look between each other, counting the members of the room.

"I think we're missing Alecto." Tsuyu's voice cuts out to me, causing me to hesitate for a moment and before i could answer, Nezu speaks up.

"I was just wondering where he might be." Nezu's cheery voice gave me a slight headache as i tried to excuse Alecto.

"I believe i can answer that, Alecto has been injured and has been excused from this meeting." Nezu sends me a confused glance before continuing with the meeting. "I think it would be best to start the meeting." I motion for Bakugo to start speaking but a slight knock at the door caused all our heads to turn.

Stood at the entrance was Alecto. His torso was heavily bandaged as he limped over to the empty seat. Under his arm was a small golden retriever, one that looked content with Alecto's mere presence. He silently took his seat, placing the pup on his lap.

"let's begin the meeting." His voice came out solemn and hoarse, likely from the event i had watched earlier. Some of the former students eyes, and Nezu's, had looked at him with concern.

Even if you hadn't seen what i saw, you could tell something had happened. Both physically and emotionally. His eyes, that had once been focused and full of commitment, were now blank. Like looking into a man with no soul.

Bakugo and Rumi's eyes seem to linger on his form for a few moments, questioning what they should do before Bakugo continued with the meeting.

"The group i have been watching have been meeting on a weekly basis every Saturday so the next meeting will be tomorrow night and so on. The building in question is the bank of Japan located in Tokyo." His eyes seem to linger on Alecto, who paid no attention to any stares and kept his attention on the dog in front of him. "I have a suspicion that they are currently holding Ryuichi Kaji, who gave us the information to their first hideout." This got everyone to move their stares to Bakugo, obviously concerned about what he said.

"Are you sure he's still in there?" Yaoyorozu spoke up. He shrugged his shoulders lightly, trying to think about the possibilities.

"I'm not 100 percent. But since he entered I never saw him leave and there haven't been any sighting of him since." He stares down to the table, rubbing his forehead. "Something in my gut is telling me that something is happening to him. Call it a heroes instinct." Alecto makes a move to acknowledge his statement, nodding his head in agreement.

"Unless anyone has something more urgent, we'll raid that compound first." He looked up to everyone, his hoarse voice barely reaching everyone in the room. "How much research have you done on the building, Ground Zero?" The man in question hesitated again, concerned for Alecto.

"I've only been able to find out where the entrance to the compound is. There is an exit around the back but whenever I manage to look through the door, it's full of civilians or workers." Alecto lets out a sigh as he tries to think of something.

"Me and Eraser will investigate around the compound, try and find another entrance." He took a deep breath, stroking the dog in front of him. He looks around the room and motions for Kirishima. "What have you found out?"

Everyone around the table soon went through what they had found, but nothing was as concerning as what Bakugo had mentioned, or how Alecto looked.

And so, me and Alecto would be sat atop a building in Tokyo, opposite the bank of Japan. Every time I stared back to Alecto, his eyes held a heavy glare. And while it was controlled, when Compared to glares I've seen him send before, it was like comparing a matchstick to an inferno.
