Superhero's rule in human society.......Coregirl being one of the most famous.....one day during their wedding superhero's are outlawed by the public
15 years later...
*We cut back to the interrogation room, As Coregirl begins to sulk believing she's lost her entire family*
Cristina: we have a confirmed hit, target was destroyed
Darkstorm: Ah you'll get over it!.......I seem to recall that you prefer to work.........Alone
*He laughs while walking away, as Coregirl becomes enraged at this treating her family's "demise" as a joke has finally broken her into a rage*

*Cristina sees what she's about to do and with quick thinking pushes Darkstorm out of the way as she grabs Cristina Darkstorm gets back up*
Coregirl: RELEASE ME NOW!!!!!!!!!!!
Darkstorm: or what?
Coregirl: *gritting her teeth* I'll crush her!
Darkstorm: ooh that sounds a little dark for you nah go ahead
(Cristina gasps at this)
Coregirl: IT'll BE EASY!!! LIKE BREAKING A TOOH PICK!!!
Darkstorm *chuckles* show me!
*As Darkstorm eagerly waits, Coregirl looses the will and drops her as she begins to cry*
Darkstorm: I knew you couldn't do it! Even when you've got nothing to lose! You're weak!! And I've outgrown you
*He walks off as Cristina looks at Coregirl one last time with a worried expression as she leaves we hear her still crying believing she's lost her family as we cut back to the ocean*
Anne: those were short-ranged missiles, land based *points to the trail* that way is our best bet
Polly: you want us to go towards the people that tried to kill us all?!?!
Anne: if it means land, yes
Maggie: you expect us to swim the-
Anne: I expect you to trust me
*We cut to Anne's tongue in the shape of a boat with her sitting in the front sprig using his super speed to push the boat and Polly embracing her mother as we see Maggie
Look down feeling guilty for not trying to make a big enough forcefield as we cut to the island as the four make it to shore*
