"REGULUS ARCTURUS BLACK!" Sirius heard his mother's voice boom through the whole house. Sirius was sitting in his bedroom, preparing for school in the morning when he heard the yelling start. Their parents don't yell at Regulus often while Sirius was home, usually Sirius was breaking more severe rules than Regulus, so the younger brother got caught a lot less often, but this morning Regulus got home after not coming home all night.
The entire previous night, Sirius spent texting and calling regulus with no reply. Regulus came home early in the morning with his clothes and hair messed up, covered in hickeys. It was easy to say his parents were not pleased to see that sight.
"WHO ON EARTH WERE YOU WITH? WHY WOULD YOU LET ANYONE DEFILE YOU LIKE THAT?" Orion, their father then yelled. Sirius also heard a slapping sound, assuming he hit Regulus.
Sirius wanted nothing but to escape this hell hole with his brother. He already had a plan to go live with James, but he wanted his brother to agree to go with him, but Regulus always refused. Sirius decided he would ask one more time before leaving. He couldn't handle his parents much longer.
