Charlotte changed Hwa's clothes into something casual not forgetting the necklace, Hwa kept on blabbing about, as she also wear the same casual clothes. Ready to go. Hwa who can't hide his excitement jump up and down, hugging his teddy and wait for his aunt Charlotte. While his mommy Morgan already left for work, she's working on an art company, she's either getting paid to do a commission or get invited to work on a wall painting.
"Let's go?" Charlotte carry Hwa, and since she's able to saved enough money when she started teaching, she's able to buy herself a car and was also planning to buy a house, soon. She have no class to attend for the meantime as it was summer break, so she can spend more time with Hwa. And if she's not around, Dorothy would represent to take care of Hwa, and when she's also not available, Morgan will bring Hwa to her work. Her boss letting her, since Hwa is behave when in public places. So quiet around people he don't know, making Morgan bring him around in ease.
When they arrived, Hwa pointed the toy's store, making Charlotte giggle. She bring him down, letting him pick anything he wants. After roaming around, Hwa pointed something, making Charlotte look at it. She reach it, grabbing the box. "A Lego?" Hwa beamed and nodded his head. Charlotte hold his hand, bringing him with her as she paid for it on the cashier. "What else do you want?" Hwa shook his head, hugging his teddy. "Are you sure?" He nodded smiling, not, looking at her.
They got out of the store strolling around, until they saw the ice cream parlour. Hwa stopped in the entrance, looking up at Charlotte with a knowing gaze. She chuckle, finding an empty table near the glass, allowing them to see what's going on outside the shop. "Wait there okay? I'll just buy us ice cream." When she came back, she's holding to cups of ice cream handing one to Hwa.
"Thank you." He smiled widely digging in. He eats happily, making Charlotte smiled. She took out her phone, taking him a picture and giggle. She wiped the corner of his mouth, telling him to slow down. He licked his lips and smile. "So yummy!" When they finished, they walk around the mall, eating every food they saw on the way.
They also enter a clothe store, buying themselves new clothes. A new shoes, and watching a Disney movie. "Aunt, I felt hungry." Hwa pout, as his stomach grumble. They went to a near restaurant inside, Charlotte letting go of his hand.
"I'll order a food and don't go anywhere, if a stranger try to get you, scream, okay?" Hwa nodded, letting Charlotte order the food, as her left hand carry the stuffs they bought. Hwa's eyes roam around the place, until it landed on someone outside. He glance at Charlotte then ran outside.
"Daddy!" He followed the person he's calling the daddy, and hold his his hand. Making the latter abruptly stop, looking down at his hand. Then to the toddler who's eyes sparkled as it looks at him. "Daddy!" He jumped up and down excitedly, and then hug his leg. His mouth gape, not because he's shock of what the toddler is calling him, but because of his feature.
He removed the toddler's hands on his leg, crouching down to his level. His eyes absorbed every detail of his face. The eyes, nose and even the lips, though it's thinner. It looks familiar. Then his necklace caught his attention, he hold it, and swallow the lump on his throat. He glance at the toddler's face, who's looking at him confused. "Daddy! You're not working far anymore?" He asked, before hugging the latter, taking him by surprise. The toddler pulled out from his embrace, looking at his face and giggle. "Daddy Seonghwa, why do you looked shocked?" He tilted his head, blinking with a pout, his hand holding his teddy.
"You know my name?"
"Of course! You're my daddy!" He exclaimed in too much enthusiasm.
"You might be wrong, I don't have a child." He laugh softly, caressing his face, making Hwa snuggle closer to his hand, smiling cheekily. "Where did you get your necklace?"
