You walked into the house and took a deep breath before entering the house

"mom what are you doing heree" u said as u looked at maddy who just shrugged so u assumed she didnt know either
"whatt i cant come see my favorite daughter" she said in a sarcastic tone
"whatt no im just saying its such a surprise thats all" you said smiling
"good because I wanted to suprise you, but what is that smell" she said making a face
"whatever it is its much too strong, Mija what are u wearing"
"oh Mom its probably just some cologne from one of my friends, Im going to go shower and then we can go out together somewhere" you said walking into your room

You and your mom went to an ice cream shop got some ice cream and sat down
"so mija tell me how has its been" your mom said sounding actully interested
"well schools great, all A's as you know" you smiled
"thats great im really proud of you, But i feel like youre holding back from me" she said her smile fading
"With what mom, I really dont do anything here"
"Maddy told me you had a little boyfriend" she said looking you in your eye
"oh I mean I guess" you said trying to avoid a question by putting a spoon full of ice cream in your mouth
"Really, Thats wonderful" she gushed
this made you smile becuase your mom was never really one for you to date but you are getting older you thought
"so when do i get to meet him" she asked causing you to be interrupted from your thoughts.
Taken back by her words you didnt know what to say "meet him i-i dont know" you managed to stay still in shock
you knew that your mother wouldnt approve of ash especially if she found out what he did for a living.
"so whats his name" "umm his name is Ashtray but everyone calls him ash for short" you said avoiding eye contact with her
