I kept running from myself
Praying to close my eyes
Never open them again
Does this time ever moves?
Because mine is frozen
And here I burn
In the fire they ignited
Force me to be like them
But Hey!
It's easy to pretend
They're happy to think
You're just like them
While again you're bleeding
To see they never cared
Only want things for themselves
Stepping on your pieces
The ones they teared
Pretend you aren't dead
Pretend this blood isn't coming out of your veins
Pretend life isn't playing a sick game
Pretend that rage never turned to regret
So keep a happy face
It's easy to smile than to explain
You already know
They won't understand
So don't waste your time
And start to pretend
