achilles was a hero strong, with muscles refined and a sword long

he had divine heritage, blood of courage, his mind made for war

the greatest legend who ever would live, the idol of so many young lads

alas, even such a boy had a weakness, a disease that would his manliness snatch!

that disease was love, created by a man named patroclus

equally charming, a critic of bad temper, an ocean of delicate ambrosia

one sight of patroclus had achilles begging attention, his knees buckling with desire

so now the warrior is conquered,
– declared the world, and patroclus became the true god!

so now the warrior is conquered,– declared the world, and patroclus became the true god!
