You're a fighter

I think you're staring to see how devastating this is. Your hair is falling out bit by bit and you're embarrassed and terrified. But you're also fighting.

You're bed ridden and have no energy, but that doesn't stop me from loving you. I hear you cry at night sometimes and it breaks my heart.

You don't deserve this, we don't deserve this. And sometimes, I ask what the heck we did to tick off the world.

On your bad days, you're still smiling and offering to help around the house. You're so incredibly strong and every single day I am terrified that someday, I'll wake up without you.

But I'm praying so hard I won't because I know you're fighting this battle with every ounce of strength and ambition you have.
