Leaping at the figure in the dark, Sesshomaru sliced the wall, causing the room to fill with shrieks of pain. He whipped around striking the strings, he was filled with pain and rage.
A shadow appeared on the wall, hands started to move out from the wall and reach for him.
Swinging his sword his energy brushed them away, like smoke in the air. "Her heart, give it to me!"
The voices screamed back and hissed at him.
"Fine." His thought was taking this entire building down, "Where is Naraku then?" He roared, as he charged and stabbed the shadow in the wall. Running his sword through, and sending his energy with it, the wall blew out and away.
Screaming started again; the shadow started to melt down to the floor, fading as it did. Leaving the heart on the floor, the building around him started to quake as the strings slowly started to melt.
Sesshomaru bent down and picked up the heart; it was severely broken, almost torn in half. He wasn't sure what was holding it together, gently he held it close to himself and started walking out of the building.
Bri ran up next to Chelsea, she was standing by the entrance to the opening of the cliff, there was a bright light shining through. "How the hell did you do that?!" She spouted.
Chelsea looked at the crack, "I blew it up, no TNT required." She smiled proudly, it quickly turned into a frown as she noticed her sisters' wings. Slowly pointing at them she tilted her head to speak, but Bri interrupted her.
"Ok, cool." She grabbed Chelsea and started to push her forward into the chasm, "You are going to go through the portal, it's going to take you right to your body. There really shouldn't be any problem, you'll come back to life, and you can keep going no problem."
"Wait!" Chelsea fought back.
"No more waiting you have to go!" Bri pushed harder.
"No Bri, seriously." She turned and held her sister back with a shield.
"WTF?!" Bri groaned, "We don't have time for this!"
"My body doesn't have a heart!" Chelsea snapped back.
Bri stared at her with a gaping mouth, "What?"
Taking a breath Chelsea tried to quickly explain, "My heart got ripped out, I never got it back before I died. Sesshomaru probably has though, he would have it...maybe." She thought quickly.
"Oh my god." Bri put her hands on her face, "Why didn't you say that earlier?"
"No one asked." Chelsea replied dumbstruck. "And I didn't think I was going to go back, I'm dead!"
"Why would we ask something when you went along with us all saying your body was not destroyed?" Bri argued, she shook her head looking like she was trying to think of something.
Chelsea looked around, "I don't know..." She stuttered.
"Oh my god, Chelsea!" Bri looked around, "I have to go now!"
"What's going on?" Their mom came out of nowhere.
Bri pointed at Chelsea aggressively, "Apparently, this dumbass didn't think to tell us that her heart isn't in her body!"
"Hey!" Chelsea looked at her objectively.
"Oh shut up." Bri snapped back at her.
"How did that happen?" Their mom looked back and forth between them.
"It got ripped out!" Bri snapped.
"How did you all think I died?!" Chelsea looked at them shocked.
Bri shrugged, "I don't know, last I saw was that you were fighting your boyfriend." She looked at the portal, then to Chelsea. "OK, new plan." She started.
