The only way to wake Megatronus up without angering him is by bribing him with food, not even Soundwave knows this but Orion was the one who managed to accomplish this.

Starscream will randomly start to dance by swinging his hips with his servos behind his helm. When he does do this TFA Starscream gets caught by Megatron while G1 gets caught by his trinemates.
