Muichiro. Tanjiro. And some friends were out having lunch with each other when tanjiro suddenly spoke "one time mui asked me if I'd still love him if he was a worm.." muichiro slowly turned his head to look at him then said "AND YOU SAID YOU DON'T KNOW!" tanjiro yelled back "BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE WORMS..." as they kept going back and fourth their friends were holding back laughter. When suddenly muichiro screamed "BUT IT'S MEEEE!" at this point random strangers were staring at the couple. After a minute of silence and the two staring at eachother tanjiro asked "would you still love me if i was a worm?" muichiro smiled and said "haha no." tanjiros mouth went wide and his friends started to burst out with laughter "BUT MU-" muichiro cut tanjiro off rather fast "I'm not gonna sleep beside a worm!" "NEITHER WOULD I?" muichiro acted offended by that "TANJIROOOOOO!" "muiiii!" the two stared at each other and tanjiro spoke up again. "I still love you more then anything else though!" muichiro raised a eyebrow and spoke "BUT IF I WAS A WORM?" tanjiro furrowed his eyebrows and sighed "muii can we just drop it please" muichiro though for a moment... "Okay but do you love the cats more then me?" tanjiro answered quickly "muii!" muichiro pinched tanjiros arm "whatttt" muichiro asked. "Yes of course" muichiro looked at him with widened eyes and his mouth slightly opened and spoke "you're sleeping on the couch tonight..."
             Later at their apartment
"Sunshine.  go sleep on the couch" muichiro said to tanjiro and tanjiro turned to him with wide eyes "WHAT" . Muichiro spoke back "right now" tanjiro hugged muichiro "but whyy" tanjiro slightly shook muichiro as muichiro spoke "you said you love the cats more then me!" tanjiro raised a eyebrow and asked muichiro "do YOU love the cats more then me?" muichiro took a second to think but responded "yes of course I do" tanjiro stared at muichiro in disbelief before saying "...I'm going to sleep at home " which made muichiro panic
"WAIT NO TANJIROOO!"  tanjiro sighed dramatically and put the back of his hand on his forehead (dramatically) and said "I guess you don't love me anymore" muichiro frowned and hugged tanjiro tightly "tanjiro! I love you so much you know this! " tanjiro laughed a little and spoke" I know. But I'm going to go sleep on the couch just because " muichiro started to fake tear up" tanjiro.. " . Tanjiro furrowed his eyebrows and kissed muichiro on the head. Feeling bad but he spoke again" mui you said I'm going to sleep on the couch so now I'm going to..go to bed it's just one night,moonlight" (moonlight is something tanjiro calls muichiro. Since muichiro calls tanjiro sunshine) muichiro frowned more and said "I was kidding please tanjiro! I can't sleep without youuu" muichiro hugged tanjiro tighter "yes you can mui" tanjiro felt very bad but wanted to know if he(mui) can actually sleep without him." tanjiro... " muichiro looked at the floor and actually wanted to cry a little(sensitive problems fr but same) muichiro let go of tanjiro and got on the bed and spoke
" okay... " tanjiro walked up to muichiro and gave him a kiss." goodnight,  moonlight" tanjiro left the room and went to the couch. He was feeling quite tired from today from all the things him and his friends did(and bf) tanjiro fell asleep after a few minutes.
            2 hours later at 2-3am
Tanjiro woke up to something heavy climbing on him. He opened his eyes slightly and saw muichiro lay down beside him and hug him and immediately fall asleep. Tanjiro chuckled silently and turned to his side and hugged muichiro back. Knowing it was torture for muichiro to not have tanjiro beside him when sleeping. Muichiro stuffed his face in tanjiros chest as he slept and tanjiro smiled and kissed muichiro on the head and fell asleep. Keeping note that muichiro cannot sleep without tanjiro
                        In the morning🤗
Tanjiro woke up to muichiro still sleeping and hugging him tightly. 'Never again' is what went through tanjiros mind. Feeling bad for muichiro. When muichiro woke up tanjiro was sitting up with muichiros head on his lap and playing with muichiros hair. Muichiro looked up at tanjiro as he smiled while watching tv. Muichiro grabbed tanjiros hand and snuggled his face into it. Feeling happy that he has someone like tanjiro. He loves tanjiro to death and both of them knew it. Muichiro fell back asleep and mumbled "I love you sunshine..." before he completely fell back asleep he faintly heard "i love you too moonlight".
