13. Dance Performance

Moon's POV

We are currently practicing in the studio. I am again messing up.

Hisoo: Stop!

Moon: I am sorry. (Looking down)

Hisoo: It's OK. I will teach you.

She showed me how to the dance step. After few attempts, I got it correct.

Hisoo: See, when you take things slowly, it becomes easy for you.

I nodded.

We continued practicing. After that incident, I didn't perform even a single time. I am feeling empty.

Naeun: Music Bank is coming soon. We have to perform.

Joohyun: That's great.

Minji looked at me worriedly

Moon: Now, I am completely fine. I can perform.

Naeun: Alright but don't overwork yourself.

I nodded.

Moon: Naeun?

Naeun: Yeah, Unnie.

Moon: Umm....

Taeyeon: Unnie, what happened?

Moon: Can I do solo dance... performance... in Music Bank please? (Hesitatly)

Naeun: Of course, you can. But, be careful. That's all we  want.

Hisoo: I will help you with choreography.

Minji: Me too.

Youngji: This will be like your comeback.

Moon: Yeah.

I thought they won't agree but they support me.

Next day, me, Hisoo and Minji are practicing for my solo performance. I am getting messed up again. I am getting tired but I can't stop. Hisoo and Minji are working hard just for me I can't give up.

Hisoo: Stop!

We stopped.

Hisoo: Let's take break.

Moon: You both take break. I will continue.

Minji: Unnie, you are tired. You need break.

Hisoo: Yes, don't push yourself too much or you will faint again.

I don't want that to happen again.

I sat down and drank water.

Moon: Thank you so much for helping me.

Minji: That's what sisters do for each other.

I smiled.

Time skip.

Today, is my Music Bank and my solo dance performance too. I am backstage with my members. I am so nervous today. I hope everything goes fine.

Naeun: Unnie, calm down. Everthing will be fine.

I nodded.

Joohyun: Be careful, Unnie.

Moon: Don't worry.

Youngji: Don't think about anything. If someone says anything to you, then we will sue them.

I chuckled.

Moon: I should go, now.

All except Moon: Good Luck!

I went on the stage. I took a deep breath. It's not my first time perform on Music Bank. It's just member are not with me on the stage. But, I have their support. The music started. I started performing. I did it perfectly without any mistakes. I can hear cheers. Soon, the performance ended. I completed it without any mistakes. I heard cheers and fanchat not only from fans but also from idols and actors I went backstage. My members hugged me unision.

Taeyeon: You performed so good, Unnie.

Joohyun: You were looking so beautiful, like a princess.

Hisoo: Your dance skills have improved si much.

Broke the hug.

Moon: Thank you so much. It all happened because you all helped me.

Hisoo: It's nothing, Unnie.

With that, we went to the dorm. I am so tired. But, today was a great day. I layed on my bed. I took phone my phone and started scrolling through social media. I saw comments related to my solo performance.

Comments.

Moon's performance is so graceful.

Moon is underrated. She should included in dance line.

Who says Moon can't dance? She is so graceful.

She looks healthy. I am glad her health is better now.

She is so fine.

There are so many comments. There are few hate comments too. But ignored. That's not what I care about. I should only care of those who love me. My fans really care about me. This what I wanted, appreciation. I finally performed after that incident. My first solo performance.. I shouldn't give up. I kept my phone on night stand. After a long time, I feel better. I closed my eyes and slept.
