This chapter is basically a Heizou x Kuki chapter. I ship them but if you don't and you're uncomfortable with it then just don't read.
Heizou POV
"You alright? Hei?" Kuki's voice snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah I'm fine. Just lost in thought because of... You know." I muttered.
"Yeah. I feel really bad for her. But we should pay attention." (Kuki)
"Right." (Heizou)
"Shikanoin & Shinobu! Stop flirting in the back and pay attention! You lovebirds are disrupting the entire class!" (Teacher)
"We weren't-" (Kuki)
"Oh? We weren't?" (Heizou)
"No excuses! Pay attention!" (Teacher)
"Shut up." She muttered. I smirked at her and turned my attention back to the class.
After class, she punched me.
"What was that for?!?" (Heizou)
"What you did in class." (Kuki)
"And what exactly did I do?" (Heizou)
"Shut up. You should focus on our problem instead of..." (Kuki)
"Instead of what?" (Heizou)
"You're insufferable." (Kuki)
"You love me." (Heizou)
"Kuki! Hei! Stop acting all lovey dovey! Did you guys forget there's an emergency meeting today?" (Venti)
"Right... Come on!" (Heizou)
"Okay! Emergency meeting will now commence!" (Aether)
"Why does it have to be here though?" (Kuki)
"Exactly. Why here?" (Tomo)
"Stop complaining. It's the only empty room right now." (Venti)
"But did it really have to be the practice room? He might walk in." (Heizou)
"Who cares?" (Xiao)
"Exactly." (Aether)
"Let's just get this over with." (Lumi)
"Hey I can take care of everything so the rest of you can just help Y/N out." (Heizou)
"Don't act like you're so amazing." (Kuki)
"Am I not?" (Heizou)
"Eugh. Stop it and find a room sheesh!" (Hu)
"What are we doing?" (Heizou)
"Stop it Hei! Okay we're leaving. Talk about whatever. I'm pretty sure Hei will insist on taking care of it though so just relax." Kuki dragged me out of the room.
"Why're you in such a hurry?" (Heizou)
"Shut up! You know exactly what you did!" (Kuki)
"Really?" (Heizou)
"Ugh!" (Kuki)
Our relationship was kind of special in a way. I could tease her as often as I wanted and she got to take her temper out on me. Trying to take care of everyone wore her patience thin. She was able to be more expressive with me. We needed each other.
"I know you love me." (Heizou)
"Sure, sure, sure..." (Kuki)
"Admit it already. I know you can't resist me." (Heizou)
"Mhm." (Kuki)
"We said to find a room! Not to stay right in front of the door and flirt!" (Tomo)
"You're one to talk! Everyone knows how you get with Kazuha!" (Heizou)
"Shut up you two!" (Lumi)
"Sorry about that! We'll be leaving now!" (Kuki)
"We are?" (Heizou)
"Yes we are." (Kuki)
"Whoa not so fast!" (Heizou)
"Shut up and hurry up." (Kuki)
Some walking and a LOT of bickering later....
"Why my dorm?" (Heizou)
"Because it was closer." (Kuki)
"Really?" (Heizou)
"Yes really. Now unlock the door so we can go inside." (Kuki)
"Are you really going to listen to them? We don't have to find a room. We're dating so no one will think it's weird if they see us-" I was stopped from continuing by her hand over my mouth.
"Shut up and let's go inside." (Kuki)
"Why are you so flustered?" (Heizou)
"I'm not!" She pushed me inside after I opened the door.
"You sure?" (Heizou)
"Yes I'm very sure!" I turned around and walked closer to her.
Closer and closer until she was leaning against the door.
"Hei-"
"You still think you're not flustered?"
"I-"
"You're stuttering."
"How can I not be flustered when we're this close?" I smirked.
"What happens if I get even closer then?" Not giving her a chance to respond, I leaned down and closed the gap. When we broke apart, I smirked. "So? What happened?"
"Be quiet." She yanked me back down and wrapped her arms behind my neck.
