We sat down in his veranda, overlooking a great view of the sky.

"I had a great time last night" he said.

"Me too." I said. But now, I remember the reason of all the crazy antics I did.

I pull up my legs, and embrace it. Like I was formed into a ball.

"Are you ok?" He asked.

"Not really." I said. I dont normally say what I feel to other people, i'm too afraid of what they would think of me, of what they might feel.

But he's different, he's a stranger who I never felt more comfortable with even with the people I knew.

"Hmmm... I dont want pry but..."

"It's nothing. Maybe I'm just mad at my self, I've let myself believe that the guy I love, feels the same way." I said.

Tears started to form in my eyes.

"We were good friends, he was right. We were close friends, just close friends. But fuck. Pa fall sya e. Ako naman si gaga, pa victim." I said.

"Oh shoot. Did you understand me?" I was worried because he doesn't look like he can understand tagalog.

"Yep. I know how to speak in tagalog, my mom's a filipino, its just... im not used to speaking it." He gave a wry smile.

"Ow."

"You know your too pretty to be sulking for a "pa fall guy" but, I'm thankful for that stupid bastard who broke your heart." He said.

I looked at him, raised my eyebrows.

"Dont get me wrong. I hate guys who makes a girl cry, but im thankful he broke your heart, because... I met you." He said looked at my eyes and looked at the sky.

I just looked at his face. This guy knows how to make any girl fall.

If i wasn't hurt right now, i might have been.

He got this james dean vibe in his smile, his eyes are in the color of soft brown, he has this perfect nose and lips.

He looks perfect.

"I want to go to the beach" i blurted out out of a sigh.

He looked at me and said.

"Let's go."

He stood up, and pull me out of the veranda.

"Wait! I dont have anything!" I screamed at him.

"Dont worry. Let's just go" he said, with a mischievous grin.

We were on our pajamas, rode his car and the next thing i know, we are on going to a beach.

Before anything else, we made a drive through to my favorite fast food. JOLLIBEE.

"2 pcs of chicken and a jolly spaghetti." I said.

He smiled.

"You are a big eater aren't you?" He joked.

"It depends" I said and we both laughed.

"One aloha champ please." He ordered.

"Do you want us to stop for u to eat first?" He said, he maybe worried about how I would eat this, but i just gave him an okay sign.

"No, worries I got this"

And even before he finished his burger, I was done. We looked at each other and laugh so hard.

"Okay. That was amazing!" He said.

"Its a talent" i joked. We both laughed.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"Do you trust me?" He asked me.

"Ive known you for less than 24 hrs." I said.

"Your not answering the question, do you trust me?"

"In theories." I smiled.

He grinned.

"I'll take that as a yes."

I am not this reckless and irresponsible, actually I was always been the type of kid who followed her parents, who dont go to parties, I was the epitome of the good girl image.

But with him, I felt free.

I know I will have a huge problem after I come back home, my friends would go hysterical after I ditched them in the bar last night.

"What's going on your mind?" He asked.

"Of how mad everyone will be, after I go back"

"Well, I am stranger." He grinned.

"No worries. I can protect myself" I said.

"Oh really."

"I'm not always weak,you know"

That is a fact. I grew up with 3 elder brothers. That's why I'm competitive.

I was the only girl in the family, the youngest as well. I was brought up with learning Muay thai as a sport, Kendo as a hobby and target shooting as a past time.

That's why I know I can protect myself, except from heartbreaks, i guess.

"Do you always go out with strangers?" I asked him.

"Not always. Last night was different."
