My sister and I got new beds since our old bunk bed broke (if I slept on the top bunk for one more night I could've crushed her...), and this is the formation we decided on. I both love and hate sleeping so close to her. The best thing about the beds though is that there's a bunch of space under the beds for forts. She has hers, and I have mine. Hers is much more decked out than mine, but that's okay. She uses her to play, and I use mine to lay directly on my stomach while listening to fanfiction lol

I'm also slightly jealous of her bed, since she gets a window and a wall to lean up against. My ladder is by the door though, so now I don't have to walk all the way across the room to get on my bed like I did with the bunk bed. I like that. Plus, I can put my laptop where our beds touch, and we can watch movies together while laying in our beds. That's really cool
