So! Humans and countries can have babies, BUT the child will ALWAYS be a country!
For the most part, there won't be too many issues, except for certain genetic mutations.
1. They can't hide their eyes while in human form.
They'll have anime eyes. Back then, they didn't have an excuse. Now they do!

"It's cosplay!"
2. They are more prone to injury.
They'll heal slower, and will deal with pain and injury similar to a human. They still have regenerative abilities, but it's weaker compared to a "purebred country".
3. They are more emotional.
This is a weird one, but they feel emotions and deal with them much stronger than their "purebred" counterparts. Which...in certain cases isn't great.
4. They will have human skin.
A highly likely chance to happen. The patches can be on their arms, hands, belly, legs, and feet. They are sensitive too.
5. Certain features will be smaller.
Ears, tails, fangs, claws, etc.
They'll be small.
6. They are more likely to go feral.
It's self explanatory, but they get fluffier when hit with the rage of a teen boy losing Fortnite while eating Doritos and pop.
The mixed offspring will be considered as inferior and weak due to the general population's views on humans in general.
