Note: I completely understand that many people are seeking uplifting content in light of the current track in the show. However, remember that love is a complex journey that often involves both joy and pain. Anyway, I am a happy person and brighter days are on the horizon :)

The words of Meerab and Rohail echoed in his ears, creating a cacophony of emotions within him. "Tum mujhe Rohail ke saath aise dekhte toh kya karte?" Meerab's voice reverberated in his mind. "Ham ek nayi zindagi shuru karenge," Rohail's voice echoed alongside it.

Frustration engulfed him, and he couldn't help but wonder, 'What did he do wrong?' Murtasim's anger persisted, stemming from Meerab's actions of stopping him, thinking that he was punishing her. Frustration gripped him tightly, his mind desperately searching for answers. But he didn't see anything wrong with it. He was possessive of her, deeply in love, and all he wanted was to hear her declare that she belonged solely to him. What harm was there in that?

And Rohail! I should have killed him! That beating was not enough, not even close! he thought.

"Meerab?" Rohail asked as Meerab answered the call.

"Rohail, kyun mujhe baar baar mujhe call kar rahe ho?" Her voice dripped with anger, barely concealing her annoyance.

"Meerab, please, aakhri baar sunlo! One last time," he pleaded desperately. "Meerab, I can't live without you," his voice trembled with emotions.

"Rohail, tum..."

"Tum aarahi ho na mere saath? Main mar jaunga Meerab!" his voice cracked, filled with despair.

"Rohail, Rohail," she tried calming him, "Tum aise kuch mat karo, pleaaase!"

"Please, Meerab!" he cried out, "Rohail pleaase, main tumse milne ki koshish karti hun lekin tum aisa kuch mat karna," she pleaded and abruptly ended the call. Meerab held herself responsible for what Murtasim did to Rohail.
She checked her call log and discovered that Murtasim had answered Rohail's call earlier in the morning. He still didn't trust her.

Meerab knew she had to put an end to this chapter once and for all. She had made it clear to Rohail that she loved Murtasim, but he seemed incapable of understanding it.

Throughout the day, Meerab and Murtasim purposefully avoided each other, their unspoken anger erecting an invisible barrier between them. As the hours passed, Meerab delved into her thoughts, realizing that Murtasim's possessiveness was an intrinsic part of his being. However, she found it unacceptable for him to question her and express his insecurities during their intimate moments. If they were having a normal conversation, she wouldn't mind affirming that she was exclusively his.

As Meerab was lost in her thoughts, the maid interrupted, saying, "Meerab bibi, Maa Begum bula rahi hain."

Entering the hall, Meerab found her parents sitting. Maa Begum told her they'd be arriving today but that news slipped her mind. Meerab wondered why Maa Begum was interfering when she and Murtasim were capable of resolving their problems on their own.

"Meerab, kaisi ho?" Waqas inquired, his concern evident. Meerab forced a smile and nodded politely. "Bhabhi Begum ne bataya tumhari tabiyat theek nahi thi," he added.

"Ji, ab theek hun," she forced a smile.

"Assalamualaikum," Murtasim greeted everyone. "Wa'alaykum Assalam," Waqas responded. They were still upset with Murtasim but forgave him over what has happened in case of Mariyam. They all sat and engaged in conversation, yet the tension between Meerab and Murtasim remained palpable.

"Waqas, tumse kuch chupana nahi hain. Main khud Meerab ko leke aayi thi, lekin mujhe nahi lagta woh yahan khush hain," Maa Begum's words hung in the air, her intention to bridge the gap between them.
