Our chapter begins with a shot showing the exterior of Stolara's mansion at night. It switches to Stolara and Steven (The Bitchy Swan) sleeping peacefully in their bed. Their daughter, Octavia, wakes them up in a scared tone.
Octavia (Young): *offscreen* Mommy! Daddy!
Stolara is a little drowsy for waking up and turns to her husband, who has most of the blanket.
Stolara lets out a sigh and gets off the bed. She enters Octavia's room, where she is hiding beneath her blankets.

Stolara: Via? What troubles you, my owlet?
Octavia (Young): *sobbing* Mommy! Mommy!
Young Octavia climbs down from her bed and runs into Stolara's arms. She hoists her up to comfort her.
Octavia (Young): *sobbing* I had a dream! A really bad dream🥺!
Stolara: *Yawns* *Wipes off her tears* A nightmare.
Octavia (Young): *sobbing* I was looking all over the palace, and... I couldn't find you anywhere! You weren't there!
Stolara: *rubs Octavia on the back comfortingly* There there, Via, it's okay. You're okay.
Stolara summons her grimoire telekinetically by hand as she walks the little owlet back to bed.
Stolara: When you're scared, and you don't know where I am, you must remember... *Grimoire floats over her and telekinetically opens it* No matter what happens to me, I will never be far away... from my special little starfire😌.
Stolara begins to sing a lullaby to calm her daughter

Octavia begins to sleep peacefully, Stolara lays the baby owl back on her and goes back to sleep.
*12 Years later*
We then see Octavia, grown up as a teenager, waking up and feeling like shit. She was awoken as she heard objects being smashed and thrown by the Steven, the bitchy swan, after Stolara cheated on him.
