The Tale of Batman and his adventures in Gotham.
Note: This takes place after the Series Finale of Gotham (2014). Although, it's a shared continuity with the Arrowverse.
After watching an old action movie, the Wayne family takes a stroll through a dark alley, when suddenly, a robber shoots little Bruce's parents in cold blood. Growing up, Bruce Wayne trains hard to conquer the pain that lives in his heart. Then, he dedicated himself to fighting crime, as Batman.

Though he strikes fear into his enemies, his butler, Alfred, helps him out.
As Batman fights crime, the GCPD's James Gordon sees him as a friend, while Harvey Bullock sees him as another vigilante. Then, when Bruce gets a report that the Mafia is causing trouble again, he finds out that one of the mafia members is Joe Chill, who he recognizes as the one who killed Bruce's parents. Then, as the GCPD corners the Mafia, Batman finds Joe Chill and spares his life.
Joe Chill: "Who the hell are you?!"
Batman: "When I spare your life, tell the other mobsters about who's coming for them: I'm Batman!"
