Other-(I apologize for this being poorly worded) She was born a human, but the Lorax gave her special powers to watch over everyone, the enviroment, and remain young and healthy forever. She took care of those in need and made sure there would still be the memory of how things were before they became artificial. Until he would come back. Then when she was ready, she could move on to the next life. She was actually given the last truffula seed first, however, she had faith in the Onceler that he would keep it safe. So, she gave it to him so he could give it to the one who deserves it. "I hope someday you will understand the error of your ways and make things right. I know there is still goodness in your heart. Please bring back the old Onceler I know and love." She told him. She then left him and began her responsibilities.
