aubrielle shoots the ball into the hoop with tears in her eyes " bri, what's wrong?" her dad asks her since he was her coach and wanted her to practice before her game tomorrow night
she stopped looking at the hoop and looked at her dad " im tired dad." she says he hugs her making her cry into his arms " it's okay bri, everything will be okay" he says kissing her forehead " can we go home dad?" she says
aubrielles dad shakes his head yes while kissing her forehead again bri takes off her basketball shoes and places them inside her bag she puts on her slides and grabs her bag along with her phone
the two of them walk out the door and head to the car so they could go home " you hungry?" marcus aka Bri's dad asked " no." she says texting back her mom " okay" marcus starts driving to her moms house they didn't live together since they were getting a divorce from each other at the moment

aubrielle felt extremely tired of life and being alive to where the point her love for basketball is fading away she wished she didn't fall into this state every month since her twin brother passed away in july last year
brielle sighed deeply missing her brother so badly that she wanted to hurt herself and be with him again bri felt the car stop so she knew she was home " ill see you tomorrow honey." marcus kisses her cheek " bye, i love you dad" bri said getting out of the car with her stuff
brielle walks to the front door and unlocks it with her key she waved goodbye to her dad and locks the door back " bri?" she hears her older brothers yell from the living room " yeah?" she says walking inside the living room to see her entire family sitting down
" what's wrong?" she says placing her bag down " are you okay and be honest" star says " yeah im fine" she says back " im gonna go to sleep, love y'all." she says grabbing her phone and heading upstairs to her bedroom
brielle hated lying to them but she felt like she needed to lie to them about her feelings the only person she ever shared her feelings to was her twin brielle locks her bedroom door and takes off her sweaty clothes and shoes
