(Welcome back 💗)

"What do you want ?" Ken had asked, looking at him with his usual full of poisonous hate eyes.

Porchay didn’t have a lot of hope about this. He was just trying to give a hand with the work and if it could also give a metaphorical hand to someone who looked like not being that fierce but acting as if he was, the boy would gladly do it. He wasn’t really good at physical work but Porchay knew that he had some instinct.

He had some emotions in him telling to always care, to always act, to always be careful, to always trust. Trust. Trust. He just wanted to give Ken a little of trust, the one even Pete couldn’t give easily. If it was hard for anyone else to try, Porchay felt like doing it. He took some clothes and looked as judgmental as he could at Ken. He didn’t think that it worked well because he didn’t change expressions, like he was himself doing when Kim did it.

"Washing it too? Isn't it obvious?" He asked rubbing it into water.

"I know that you aren't just here for that…you could have helped Pete. What are you doing here? I repeat."

"Why wouldn’t I help you?"

"I attacked you!" He said his nerves were already on fire.

Porchay changed his moves. He thought that he needed to be straight with him. He needed to just shove his heart away even if it meant for it to burn. "And I didn't feel anything!" He tried to say in the same tone but it looked more funny than menacing. "I am not telling you that you have no strength…just you might be less scary than everyone thinks…" He added seeing that his first sentence had tensed the boy.

"It's not about being scary but realistic. All your Prince is doing is taking us for shields. And don't try to defend him like the dog you are or I will drown you."

"I can't defend him on this!" He laughed mostly making Ken wonder if the man was okay, talking like this about his master. "I know that it can be hard to believe it but w-he is really trying to protect the most people he can."

"You said after killing Big…" He pointed out, his head looking in the water, deadly dreamy.

"He accepted." Porchay said nervous.

"What did you dare say?" Ken looking back at Porchay, and he was ready to punch him this time.

"I didn't know he would die before it happened…" Porchay said and Ken's offended eyes didn't help at all. "I mean…I am a little dense ahah…"

"This I can see…"

"Though he knew…he knew because the Prince talked to him. He knew because the Prince punched him for Big to be killed for not being able to do his work, not for being a traitor. He did it because he thought that a war would be the end for everyone here….it's what his mother told me…he didn’t die just for the pleasure of the Prince's power. He died because he thought he was a part of history and if the war can be stopped before it begins, it will be thanks to him. The Prince won't ever forget this."
