"Lies Over Truth"
In shadows of a love gone wrong,
Where lies are sung like a sorrowful song,
A toxic dance of deceit begins,
As truth is buried deep within.
Words laced with sweet deception's art,
Whispered promises tear trust apart.
The web of lies, a tangled affair,
Leaving hearts bleeding in despair.
In the embrace of darkness they dwell,
Where truth is banished, it's secrets to tell.
Masks worn, disguises tightly weaved,
Love's innocence cruelly deceived.
A fragile bond, now fractured and frayed,
By the lies that in its core are laid.
The poison spreads, infecting the core,
As honesty dies, trust exists no more.
But let us seek the light of day,
Where truth can guide and darkness may sway.
For lies may linger, but truth shall prevail,
To mend the wounds and set hearts to sail.
In toxic realms where falsehood reigns,
Let us break free from its venomous chains.
Embrace the truth, no matter how harsh,
And from the ashes, love shall march.
For lies over truth may dim the sun,
But in the end, the truth shall be won.
In love's redemption, let hearts find solace,
As lies over truth dissolve, leaving no trace.
