Wilbur walked to his closet. He grabbed a random top and some trousers and changed into them, then walking to his bed and laying down. He grabbed his phone and saw that the person who texted him replied.

'it's me dumbass'

'Uhhhhh'

'WAIT'

'Alex?'

'yes 🙃'

'Yea I'm fine no thanks for askindg'

That's when he started to get the flashbacks from that day. What had happened at lunch? What was that? He didn't actually think of Quackity like that- did he?

He sighed, frustrated. He decided sleep would help him.

The next morning, Wilbur remembered that he didn't have school. It was some American holiday the school wanted to include for the American transfer students- he thought it was dumb but wasn't complaining about an off day.

He got up and changed into a dress shirt which he put a dark blue T-shirt over and some black trousers. He walked down stairs and sat at the kitchen table , realising he was the only one up.

He thought that a walk would be nice, so he got up and went out the door. He passed some houses until he got to one house on the next street over. There were about 30 lawn decorations when at most he had seen 3 in the past- it was all Baby Jesus statues and Mexican flags. He made a guess at who lived there.

But he couldn't of guessed what happened next. A girl, about Wilbur's age, opened the door. She probably noticed him staring at the house. The girl shouted something in Spanish to someone in the house, and before he could walk away he heard Alex call his name.

He cursed under his breath, waved and started to speed walk away but the girl from before shouted to him, "HEY! Uh- WILBUR WAS IT? COME IN!" He turned back around not wanting to be rude and stepped back to the road infront the house. "Ah, no thank you, I'm busy!" He looked back at Quackity, he looked kind of disappointed. For some reason seeing that now broke his heart.

"Ok- no I guess I'll uhm- come in."
