Next morning:
I got up first, got freshened up, and went to grab some coffee after writing a pink note sticking it on the fridge that I was going to the cafe to grab us coffee and breakfast, I got us some chocolate bonbons and Caffe mocha for myself and Iced peach tea for her, when I went to the condo she was still sleeping and after keeping the bonbons in the oven for it to heat up I went to bath and wake her up,
yesterday was a tiring day so she will be cranky today so, "Queen, please wake up and get ready, we have to go" I said in her ears after getting into the bed, feeling my cold hands on her neck, which she hates, hehe, she turned around facing me and said, "good morning honey" thank god no tantrums today.
We both got ready with our office outfits I got on a pencil skirt in cream color and black formals shirt with black stilettos and she got on formal black pants, a cream color formal shirt with platforms in beige, this was totally our aesthetic and we were twinning, we went to visit our MD and to return the project if he wants to take us from the job, I do not we can easily do a part time nurse jobs, that I first thought we should do, so we went into the office confidently, all the eyes were on us, I know by these dirty glances they got to know what happened, they already hate us now this? Good lord.
We knocked the MD office with the files in our hands and we heard a curt come in, so we went in only to see Jin, Taehyung, Jimin and J-hope sitting in the office, we went inside the office and surrendered our files in the stack and came to stand in front of the MD once again, Rani took up the courage and said "Good morning sir, We cannot work this project anymore, give us anything else or if you do not want us here after yesterday, I completely understand," she took our resigning letters from the file and kept it on his table,
"please sign this, and we can leave, our contract of one month also got over so, please inform your decision, we will wait outside." We left to leave the office only to be stopped by our MD.
"Please stay here, you guys have worked hard, I am sorry but I cannot let you guys leave, you can take up another project, it is Mr. Diego's. He is American by the way, but he has been in Korea for 5 years now, you can find his details from Ms. Stella" he said, We nodded and went near the door only to be stopped by a voice, Jin "Why don't you guys come and continue again with our contact, you guys worked hard ?"
Hearing this Taehyung started "yeah, and what were you guys thinking on leaving the job? What would you guys have done losing this Job?" Before I could say something Rani did.
"Mr. Taehyung I don't think that concerns you, because we were workers, with no familial relationship between us." I glared at Rani before talking with SeokJin, "that is very sweet of you Mr. Kim, but I hope you guys enjoy the services of your country people and Us coming there would be against the motto,
'love yourself; speak yourself' I hope you know, why I am insisting that, I really thought not all the Koreans are same, as you were welcoming at the start of my contract but.., thank you for seeing my hard work, I hope your marriage goes well." With That we both left to collect our new file, while we were at the door Rani whispered
"Gurl! Park Jimin has been seeing you for a while now." How can she be so dumb? "He is not seeing me, he is seeing you" I whispered back. We both turned back to see Jimin smiling at Rani. She blushed and started coughing, seeing this J-hope and I started giggling but Taehyung gave her water, she drank from it and bowed down, formally on for him to make a bad face.
We left there to see Ms. Stella and collect the details, while we were going there someone called us, saying that there was some phone from overseas and they wish to speak to us, I got afraid thinking it was Surya (my brother) Rani was also panicking I can see that.
I took the phone from the receptionist Mr. Moon, he smiled at us, before handing the phone to us, when I said "hello" "is this Ms. Mali speaking?" it had a British accent to it, I didn't have to worry, seeing the relief in my face, Rani calmed down immediately and We can be a couple only if we are not straight, we talk about this later.
"yes I am Mali speaking" I reply in English and "oh, we just wanted to ask if you are joining our internship program in our country, Great Britain." they asked in a formal tone, "I apologize, but I will have to reject the offer, I have settled in a country and I like it here, but can I get your contact number, just in case I change my mind?" I asked politely and
"sure, contact us on GBHC@gmail.com" she replied. "Thank you for considering us, I appreciate it, have a good day though." "you too," she cut the line.
I turned to see Rani and Jimin looking at each other and everyone else smiling at them, I smiled a little seeing her falling in love. Jimin is perfect for Rani, he is her type too, Baby Daddy. I controlled my smile and looked at Rani, "shall we go?" After saying this Jimin looked at me with a sad face, I felt sad for this boy he is trying to look out for her.
"Rani, can we go to our cafe in the next Street, to grab some coffee?" She nodded but I turned back to wink at Jimin hoping he would grab the signal. Thankfully he smiled at me too.
When we reached the cafe, we both sat in the corner which had some nice views. I faced the door and sat down. When Jimin came in I grabbed her order and said I will use the restroom and come back.
RANI POV:
"Hello Rani" Someone tapped my shoulder. I turned only to meet eyes with Jimin, I was surprised, but soon I scowled my face and turned back, but he came and sat in the place of Mali.
"What do you want Jimin?" I asked in a stoic voice but he smiled and said, "I want to talk with you." He said with an angelic smile. I was taken aback but I kept mum, so that he could Talk, hearing nothing, "We can feel the spark between us, you know it, I know it to let's have a good conversation as mature adults."
I was struck at the word Spark, I don't want to agree.
"There is nothing like that you can leave" I did not want to be rude but, I also did not want to agree that I feel a spark between us, his face fell, but "don't be like that honey, you guys should try to be friends first and then we can see anything further." Mali said
"Thank you" Jimin said to her smiling, "stop this Mali, you know that I don't believe in love." I said but she smiled, "I know, but you guys would make a cute couple just try to be friends and if you guys don't go well together, just be acquainted in the end."
It seems to be a valid point.
I know I won't love him so no problem, I just nodded reluctantly. "Hello I am Park Jimin, nice to meet you" he said with an eye smile looking like an angel, "hello, I am Rani Verma, nice to meet you too."
We talked for an hour and then we left for University. While talking Jimin asked me for a date tomorrow at this same place, he said after we meet here he will take me somewhere else, and everything is going to be perfect, I even thought of the outfit. But why am I excited? Maybe it is because this will be my very first date for me. Hehe, I can tell Mali is also happy for me.
oohhh! some one is going on a date!! I hope she have a good time with Jimin.
I know you guys think it is a bit fast, but there was a time skip for a month and Mali got closer to all of the boys, Rani too, but Yoongi was a exception for the both of them,
