As I dragged Jimin out I pushed him into the men's washroom, and into a cube and locked the door behind me, and "yah, Hyung I know I am a bit hot, but in a situation like this, and also I am dating Rani you know?" Jimin jokes, "shut up Idiot, I am not joking here, is your brother dating Mali? If yes, why didn't you tell me that yesterday?" I screamed at his face.
"Relax Hyung, they are not dating...not yet," he said, he is finding this funny eh? "Then why are they so close to each other?" I asked wanting to know the answer immediately, "Hyung you and I are best friends too but aren't we inside one cube like some nasty couples do? Chill Hyung, they are best friends, but not for long you better tell your feelings Hyung, you know her for 3 months now and you still think that it is just a physical attraction?"
How did he know this? I don't remember telling him about my confusion, "I didn't tell you that, did I?" "No Hyung, I know your past experiences on dating and how you had suffered because of Janice, I know you are telling this to console your burning heart, I am your best friend and I have been that for over 10 years, I know you Hyung, please don't let her go, she is sensitive inside, everybody is."
"I don't think she would want to come back to me after what happened at Diego's wedding... anyway so come we can leave." I said not wanting to answer his further questions, but he asked before I could open the lock, "what did you do Hyung?" I swear under my breath and turned toward him,
"it is meaningless now, I hurt her. I know even though I know I am wrong I cannot say sorry to her because one part of me says it is correct because it would protect me from her, and the future trauma." I am helpless now.
He sighed heavily and said, " not only you but also she has some trauma regarding men, do not prove her gut feeling correct, that is all I am asking you." " I called her a whore Jimin-ah, I don't think she will forgive me any further"
I am really sorry Mali but it is the best for both of us, I will hurt you more and our relationship will become toxic if I give in, and do what my heart says and allow myself mingle with you.
I don't want that but I like you too.
I am sorry for my further actions, and if I hurt you in the future please don't forgive me.
"Don't be hard on yourself Hyung, it is okay to love once more and get hurt once, the love will be worth it, trust me when I say this," he said I wanted to cry and also smile so hard all these bittersweet emotions, maybe I should give in just once more. We both left the washroom.
We left the washroom and went to the cafeteria only to see it empty. Maybe they went back to work, so I called Mali, "hello?" she said I don't know what made me think that I would be able to stay away from her, she has such a warm voice.
"Hello it is me," I said knowing that she would identify me, "tell me, Mr. Min, how can I help you?" please call me by my name, "Can you meet me in Frappe cafe within 15 minutes? I wanna talk to you about everything" Agree to it, please.
"OK, I will see you in 15," she said. I went back to the washroom to check my hair and breath.
In 15 minutes I was at the cafe, and she was already there sitting with a latte and an iced americano, my favorite. "Thank you for coming," I said, grabbing my drink for myself, she did not say anything so I continued,
"I know sorry is not enough by words but can you forgive me? I will make sure not to be an asshole in the future,"
She put her head to hang low and after a few seconds, she said, " I am a self-respectless person if I do this, but I forgive you Yoongi because, just because everyone deserves a second chance at some important point in their life, and it is my life's important point so I will forgive you this time. And about our brooding feelings, I am sure you want to take it slow?"
"yes, I want to take it slow, I wanna understand my feelings towards you." I replied, she still maintained a neutral face and said, "we'll see" and got up leaving the cafe.
I smiled a little thinking how her neutral face was so cute, she had this small pout that she probably doesn't notice when she maintains a neutral face but it is so cute, and her cheeks, though they flatten up they look so damn, attractive and I am enjoying being in love keeping aside the fear of getting hurt.
This is going to be one hell of a ride. I hope everything goes well this time.
