Everything changed in seconds.

Melissas POV -

Watching Ashely being pulled out of Toms car and thrown into a room, left me with an uneasy feeling.

Bill quickly grabbed me, pulling to his chest while whispering in my ear "she's going to be okay Mel" he said in a caring voice that help calm my nerves, however I kept my eyes on the closed door.

A part of me felt grateful that I had bill and I for the first time I really felt free, but my mind was filled with worry for Ashley. I knew she could hold her own, she's always been strong but with Chase gone and my betrayal she was bound to crack.

Bill POV -

Seeing Melissa's face drop as she saw Tom throwing Ashley into the room upset me. Although I've only known her for a couple of hours a big part of me cared for her. I reassured Mel that she was going to be okay trying to ease her mind but when I knew that she wouldn't be. I knew my brother, if he wanted something he would get it. He was capable of anything and was very unpredictable.

Tom turned and walked up to with a big grin plastered across his face. My body was filled with disappointment seeing how proud of himself he was.

"Finally, the girl I've always craved" he said in a smug tone "...I have her all to myself". I stepped back disgusted by his confidence. I chuckled as it went silently awkward for a seconded.

Tom turned to Mel and lifted her chin "see you've got her best friend" he chuckled looking back to me. I gripped Mel and pulled her to the side and gave Tom a look.

"Proud of you Bill" he said as he turned to join Gustav and Georg on the couch.

Tom POV -

As I was sitting on the couch with the boys all I could think about was Ashley. I was so joyed that she was here. I hated the way she talked to me, the way she challenged me every chance she had. She has always been like that but a part of me loved it. She was the only person that would ever talk back to me. A voice told me I should go check on her knowing she wasn't okay. The same voice that told me to save her from chase. I decided to go to the spare room that I had put her in. I walked towards the room and slowly creaked open the door slightly poking my head through. She was curled up on the bed hysterically crying. I closed the door and walked away.

I went upstairs to my room. Kicking my shoes off into the corner and getting into bed. I lied flat on my back with my arm behind my head as I looked up at the celling overjoyed. Ashley was defenceless. Her boyfriend was gone. No one could save her. She had nothing left. I slowly fell asleep. A big grin on my face.
