And after dodging drunken advances from res boys, and putting herself in situations where even her guardian angel would probably be looking away from, she's able to meet one decent boy.
The hopeless romantic in her knows that this is it. This is what her younger self was reading about in all those romance books. All those romance movies she used to swoon over prepared her for this.
One decent boy is probably all she needs. Her head knows this, but deep down, in the dark place in her heart, she wants more than one decent boy.
