Quinton's POV
I look at Denver, and I really can't believe that my mate is forcing him to have this conversation again, it most likely reminds him of the times when Oliver was still living with us.
"So, it's better to imprison your own sons and nephews, instead of making sure that the school is well guarded?" Leif asks him, and he sighs in frustration.
"Do you think that I never thought of this? I did but it's a lot more complicated than that.
If I will allow them to go to the high school, then I will have to make sure that they will be able to get there.
And if I will let the Omegas use their own cars, then they will be able to go wherever they want, and I won't be able to stop them after they will get out of the pack lands.
If I won't allow them to use their own cars, then there will be another argument about how unfair that is.
Not forgetting that they will see how nice the city looks like, and how many things there are to do, before they will have to come back to the pack lands, and wait for their mates to show them everything.
I think that's more unfair than making them stay in the pack." Denver explains.
Leif thinks about it for a while, before he nods once, to let him know that he acknowledged the informations, but I can see that he's not done yet.
"And why can't they go out with their families? I'm sure that you're strong enough to protect your kids, as are the other parents of the Omegas." Leif asks, and I can see that Denver has enough of this conversation.
I can't blame him, his Omega kids just turned sixteen, and they tried their best to make Denver let them go to high school, but I'm sure that they failed.
"That would have been unfair too, their siblings will be able to go to the city with their friends, while the Omegas won't even be able to visit the friends that they will make in school without their parents going with them." Denver says, before he rubs his forehead.
"Well, I don't care, I will be taking my kid outside of the pack lands, and Hank will be allowed to do everything that his siblings will be allowed to do." Leif stands up, and then he walks towards the doorway, but he turns around, before he reaches it.
"And I hope that you know that a lot of your nephews are Omegas, which means that they will most likely hate you when they will get older, as I'm sure that one of them already is, along with your own brother." Leif tells him, before he goes out of Denver's house, letting the door shut loudly behind him.
I look at Denver, and I give him an apologetic look, before I stand up to go after my mate.
"I will talk with him about it, I know that those laws are here to protect the Omegas." I tell him, and he smiles at be gratefully.
