I said to my team as they kept following me around, they looked away from me and walked away quickly. I took a deep breath before walking into the hallway and then into the staircase so no one could really see me,

I said leaning against the wall before sliding down it, I raised my knees resting my elbows on them, I put my head in my hands just needing a minute to myself to breathe and rest my eyes. I tried to slow my breathing down and managed to do so,
