Jace questioned as he answer the phone, I took a deep breath before speaking up,

I said quietly, I heard Jace sit up,
'before you ask, this isn't apart of anything but I'm sure that Alec already knows',
I said quickly before Jace could say anything, I heard him let out his breath slightly,
'I'm more concerned about the fact that you are currently calling me from jail',
I heard Jace say his voice cracking, I couldn't tell if he was mad or upset at me. I took a deep breath,
'look Mac I will explain everything I kind of just need to get out of here, they took my steele; are you able to post my bail, I will pay you back and everything',
I said, Jace chuckled slightly,
'y/n that is the least of my concerns; the money doesn't matter I just would like to get my girlfriend out of jail',
