Yumi wakes up to the sound of her 5 unnies and Y/N singing to her while she was in bed

They giggle as they all hug her at the same time
ITZY&Y/N - HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Yumi smiles, as she gets her hugs from her unnies and Y/N pats her on the head
Yumi - thank you guys!
Y/N - no problem, we wanted it to be special for you today. Today we're bringing you out to anywhere you want to go!
Yumi - really? Yay!
Y/N and the girls smile as Yumi jumps out of bed all excited as she gets up and goes to the bathroom brushing her teeth
Chaer - where are we bringing her?
Y/N - not sure, let's see whatever she says
The girls and Y/N head downstairs to wait for Yumi
She finally heads downstairs and becomes shocked as she sees the mountains of food left for there
Yumi - wh- what is this?

Yuna - that we helped make!
Ryu - followed along to some recipes your dad sent to Y/N
Chaer - and we helped Y/N
Lia - while also setting up the decorations

Yumi smiles as she looks at her unnies with a tear in her eye

She pouts as she begins to cry as she walks toward each of them and gives them a hug

Yumi giggles as she gives her brother the biggest hug that she could

Y/N - it's no problem, anything for my little sister
The girls watch as Y/n comforts his little sister as they take in the wholesome moment between them. After that moment, they finally all dig in with their cooking as they all sat around Yumi and asked her what she wanted to do
Yumi - hmmmm, I've always wanted to just go to an animal café. I love animals and it would be so cool if we did together, like I don't mind, cats, dogs, whatever. As long as it's a café then I wouldn't mind. And then hm, I don't know. Go out shopping?
They listen as Yumi makes her request but Yeji nudges to Y/N as she whispers in his ear
Yeji - hey you got the cake reserved for later?
Y/N - of course, how are we gonna distract her?
Yeji - I don't know, but the Le Sserafim girls, New Jeans girls, and IU-unnie will be here later, did you give the key to Chaewon?

They break off as they continue eating breakfast, after a while, they all get ready to go out as they head into the van with Yumi all excited. She plays with Yuna on the switch since Yumi didn't own her own which gave Y/N an idea
