Making Plans

I'm sitting on sofa in dining holding my black coffee mug As today I don't have any works, Also It's Sunday. But I have to make plans for something. I have made some decisions since last few days And I need help of my friends to implement these decisions. I have already called them, they will probably arrive shortly.

After 3 minutes dad comes and sits next to me.

Dad - Kya hua? Kya soch rahe ho?
Me - Nothing. Good morning. (smiling)
Dad - Good morning (smiles back)

I will tell dad everything, but once, my plan will complete.
Komola kaki comes and gives a cup of tea to dad. (Komola kaki is our maid, but she's like a member of our family)

After some minutes my friends finally arrive....

They in Chorus - Good morning uncle 😊😊.
Dad - Good morning bacho, kaise ho sab log? Ghar pe sab thik hai na? (Smiles)
They - Ji uncle sab thik thak hai. (Smiles)

Meanwhile, kaki enters with poha (in a plate) and khir (in a little bowl) and gives to me.

Jyugal - Poha aur khir bani hai? 😳
Avish - Khir looks tasty 😯. Apne banaya hai kya kaki?

Dad simply laughs looking at their expressions.

Kaki - Haa !!! Tum log bhi aajao, baith jao table pe !! Mai sabke liye poha aur khir laati hu 😊😊.

Everyone gets happier and sits on table. I simply laugh at their actions.

After they finally eat and spend some times with dad and kaki by talking and gossiping, I bring them in my room.
I sit on a chair with a serious face.

Hardil - Kya hua? Why so serious?
Dhruwal - Ha kya hua?

I say nothing, they patiently wait for me to answer.

After probably 5 minutes of silence...

Me - Guys, I have made a big decision. And...... and I want your help to implement this decision.

They look at each other's face in confusion...

Lijo - Aisa kya decision leliya bhai?
Dhruwal - Haa ab bolo bhi? kya decision leliya??? Aise toh itna serious kabhi nahi hote tum!
Hardil - Yeh Banda toh kabhi serious situation mein bhi serious nahi ho pata fir abhi itna serious kaise ho gya ?!!

Everybody starts laughs. I place my palm on my head showing them "In logoka kuch nahi ho sakta"

Me - Tum log meri baat sunoge bhi 😒? Aur Abhi toh hardil joke maar raha hai uska kya??!!! 😏
Hardil - haa toh sunne ki liye insaan ko kuch bolna padta hai tum kuch bol hi kahan rahe ho? Is se achaa mere joke se log thoda hass le.

Again everyone starts laughing.

Me - Okay So my decision is ... that .... I will propose to Aisha.

They - WHAT??? 😳😳😳😳😳😳 SERIOUSLY?????
Me - Yes because now I want to clear her about my inner feeling which I have for 4 years.

Dhruwal - Mere toh Khushi ke aansu rukk hi nahi rahe hai 😭😭. Itni Khushi !! 🤧
Hardil to Dhruwal - Chall dramebaaz 😏!!
Avish - Koi drama karwalo Dhruwal se, top ayega yeh admi toh us mein.
Dhruwal - 😏😏😏😏😏.
Lijo - Mujhe toh belive hi nahi ho raha ki Aaj Tak Jo baat hum bolte bolte thakk gaye woh baat darshan ne aaj finally sun hi liya?
Jyugal - Is baat pe party honi chahiye 😃!!!

I place my head on my palm and shook my head from left to right.

Me - Party warty baad mein! Ek baar Aisha haa bolde fir Tum sab logoko 2 din Tak party confirm.... but at first you all have to help me out. Main kuch special tarikese propose karna chahta hu usko.
Hardil - Haa toh special kya karna hai? Bas ek suhana mosam hona chahiye, evening honi chahiye aur tumhare haathon mein honi chahiye Aisha ko propose karne ki liye ek ring !!! That's it !!
Me - Exactly A RING. The main problem!
Lijo - Kya matlab ?
Avish - Now Don't tell us that you don't know the size of her ring finger 🥲.
Me - Actually yes 🥲.... idk her ring finger's size, Maine awkwardness ki wajah se kabhi pucha hi nahi 🥺👉👈.
Dhruwal - Hogya kalyaan! Ab ring ki size kaise pata chalega?
Me - Dekho tum logoko ab kuch karna padega 🥺.

Everyone stops and wonders how they can find out the size of Aisha's ring finger.

Dhruwal - Waise propose karni kab hai? have you thought anything about this??
Me - final decision toh nahi liya but 5 din baad uski birthday hai, and maine zidd kia tha ki is baar uski birthday achese celebrate karenge isiliye soncha hai usi din usko propose kardu.
Lijo - Idea bura nahi hai. Usdin ek shubh din bhi hai, aur hum kaam bhi sab kuch asaani se kar payege as usual uski birthday hogi so woh humpe utna concentrate nahi kar payegi.
Me - I also thought about this, so sonch raha tha ki birthday ki din hi propose kardu.
Dhruwal - So final raha ki darshan Aisha ko uski birthday ke din hi propose karne wala hai! Thik hai?

We all nods.

Me - But Finger size?
Avish - Haa uska kuch sonchna padega, humare haath mein abhi 4 din hai aaj ko chorke. Un 4 dino mein se 1 din toh Aisha ki birthday ki preparation mein hi nikal jayega aur fir is matter ka bhi preparation karna hai.

Everyone stops and again starts wondering...

After 2 minutes of silence....

Lijo - Mere pas ek Idea hai.
Me - Kya ??
Lijo - Kyu na hum Jake Aisha ko yeh bole ki jyugal ki girl friend ko jyugal ne hum sabki photo dikhai thi toh uski girl friend ko Aisha ne jo ring pehni Hui thi photo mein us ring ki design bohot pasand agayi hai, aur ab uski gf zidd kar rahi hai ki usko bhi same design wali ring chahiye .......

We all look at each other's face with a bright expression because it's seems a good idea to us except Jyugal.

Lijo - So aise thoda aur kahani banake, bolke, hum ring le sakte hai us se !! Usko doubt bhi nahi hogi.
Jyugal - Abey mera girl friend kidhar se agayi ab?
Lijo - Arey bas ring lene ki liye thoda jhuth bol lenge na? Kya hogya?
Jyugal - mujhe hi kyu Bali ka bakra bana rahe ho 🥺? Hardil ko banao na bali ka bakra.

I shook my head in left to right after watching jyugal's "innocent face"

Avish - Abey thodi na sach mein gf banani padegi? Jhut bol denge thoda achese!. Darshan ki liye karle itna compromise!! Ek bar bas ring mil Jaye uske baad kaam khatam.
Hardil - Vaise jyugal ki shakal dekhke lagta toh nahi hai ki iski girl friend hai, but darshan ki liye itna toh compromise karna padega hai na jyugal???

Everyone here tries to control their laugh by shutting mouth tightly by lips except jyugal.

Jyugal - Taarif aur insult dono karne ki liye shukriya !!

Now everyone burst out in laugh.

Jyugal be like - "😕😒🥲🥲"

Dhruwal - Lijo ka idea mujhe pasand aya hai. Thoda sahi se jhut bolenge toh Aisha ko doubt nahi jayegi. Isi idea ko final karte hai. Kya bolte ho sab?

We nods, then looks at Jyugal with a questioning look.

Jyugal - Thik hai final karte hai 🥲🥺.

We laugh again after seeing and understanding his nervousness.
