It seemed like we were flying forever. But suddenly there was a beautiful island. I felt the shadow about to drop me in the ocean.
"Wait don't drop me here!" I say in a panic
"This is your test, If you can swim to shore you are excepted in Neverland." The shadow says
"And if I don't?' I ask
"You die." He says
"That's reassuring." I mumbled
"Okay drop me." I say with a sigh
To be honest it beats staying where I was, Having no one to care about me. Not even my twin sister wanted me. So I am determined to do this and succeed.
"Good luck little one." The shadow says and drops me
I fall into the water with a big splash. I fight against the huge waves. My head finally coming above water knowing the waves are too big I decided to swim under the water only coming up for air. then going back under to swim again. The battle against the huge waves was exhausting but I'm determined to stay here.
I want a family no one wants me where I was so maybe here will be better.
I finally make it to shore. out of breath and tired. I fall on my back looking up at the sky, My blonde hair clinging to my forehead my clothes soaked to the bone. I just lay there for a few minutes looking up at the beautiful sky.
Finally the shadow is hovering in front of me.
I sit up my hands in-between my knees.
"So how did I do?" I say
"Impressive." He says
I stand up looking at the island.
"So where are we?" I ask as I walked towards the Jungle
"Neverland, It is a place where you can be free. But it does hold many dangers." The shadow says as it floats next to me as we walk.
"Like what kind of dangers?" I asked
"Like the lost boys." I hear from behind me
I turn around to see a boy he looked to be a teenager.
"Who are the lost boys?" I ask walking towards the boy
"They live here with me, My question is how you got here?" He says kneeling in front of me since I'm only seven
"He brought me." I say pointing to the shadow.
"Hmmm. interesting." He says
"Why is it interesting?" I ask
"My shadow only brings boys." He says
"You're shadow?' I asked tilting my head
"Yes, He's a part of me," He says
"That's so cool." I say with a smile
He chuckled
"Allow me to introduce myself I'm Peter Pan, And this is my island" He says
"I'm Ivy," I say
"Well Ivy, It looks like you passed my test, And looks like you are the first lost girl to come to my island so what do you say? You want to stay here with me and the lost boys?" He asked
"Oh do I!" I say with a smile
"Then it seems you need a change of outfits those clothes won't do." He says he waves his hand and I'm engulfed in smoke and my clothes change.

"Wow!" I say looking at my new clothes
"Thank you Peter!" I say as I smile at him
"Come lets meet the lost boys," He says
I nodded following him.
"So what made my shadow find you?' He asks
I shrug.
"I never really knew who my family was, I was found near a freeway with my twin sister. But last night she.. Well. she left me, She didn't want me to come." I said as my voice became distant
"Well don't worry about it, Me and the lost boys are your family now, And we don't abandon our own." He says
"I am going to be a little hard on you so you can learn how to handle a sword, and arrows, to defend yourself." He says
"If only you show me how first." I said
"Of course, I'm not that mean." He says
We finally make it to a camp.
"Boys! Front and center!" Peter yells all the boys are now standing in front of us.
"This is Ivy, Neverland's first lost girl, Make her feel welcomed." Peter says
Everyone nodded
"Felix," Peter says
"You're in charge of training her, and getting her familiar with the island. When I can't" Peter says
