Summary:

In the bustling college town of Busan, two mysterious figures roamed the streets under the cloak of darkness. Wooyoung, with his vibrant orange superhero suit and fox-like ears also known as "flame" , and San, clad in black with the grace of a cat known as "black cat", were the city's masked defenders. But despite their heroic partnership, they remained fierce enemies during their college days.

Wooyoung secretly has a crush on San, finding himself mesmerized by the dark and enigmatic charm. On the other hand, San, blinded by rivalry, often teased Wooyoung and claimed superiority as the better superhero.

As fate would have it, one fateful night, the sky crackled with a burst of energy, and Wooyoung and San found themselves chosen by mysterious powers. Wooyoung received a pair of magical earrings, while San obtained a black ring. When activated, these objects granted them unimaginable abilities.

Excited yet bewildered by their newfound powers, the duo embarked on their first mission together, battling a monstrous threat to their city. But amidst the chaos, they struggled to control their abilities, leading to humorous and unexpected situations.

"Hey, black cat, watch where you're throwing those sparks!" Wooyoung yelled as he ducked behind a building to avoid San's unleashed energy.

"Maybe if you weren't in my way, I wouldn't have to throw sparks, foxy boy!" San retorted, rolling his eyes playfully.

Their fight continued, full of witty banter and occasional slips in their powers, but together, they managed to save the town.

Word of their deeds spread, and soon the whole college was buzzing with news of the mysterious masked heroes which the media named "black cat & flame". Wooyoung's friends, Yeosang, Hongjoong, and Jongho, and San's friends, Seonghwa, Yunho, and Mingi, excitedly debated the heroes' true identities, unaware that they were right under their noses.

As destiny weaved its magic, Hongjoong and Seonghwa finally started dating openly, bringing their friend groups together. Amidst all the excitement and battles, Wooyoung and San slowly found themselves drawn to each other, both in their superhero personas and their real lives.

One evening, as the sun set over the city, Wooyoung and San received a mysterious message summoning them to fight another looming threat. Oblivious to the truth, they met at their usual rendezvous point.

"You ready to be my sidekick again, foxy?" San teased, raising an eyebrow.

Wooyoung frowned, his patience wearing thin. "I'm not your sidekick, and I'll show you just how powerful I can be!"

In the heat of battle, emotions ran high, and words flew back and forth between them. But as the adrenaline settled, Wooyoung and San discovered the shocking truth on the rooftop, their masks revealing their identities.

San's eyes widened as he stared at Wooyoung. "It's you..."

Wooyoung's heart raced, his cheeks flushed with embarrassment. "Yeah, it's me. And I guess... I like you, not just as a superhero."

San's eyes softened, and a smile tugged at the corners of his lips. "I never thought I'd say this to my arch-enemy, but I like you too. A lot."

In that moment, the rivalry melted away, replaced by something tender and genuine. Wooyoung and San leaned in, their lips meeting in a sweet, electrifying kiss that felt like a surge of their superpowers.

Their love story had only just begun, and as the sun dipped below the horizon, the two superheroes embraced their newfound feelings, ready to face any challenge together—be it battling monsters or navigating the complexities of love.

From that day on, Wooyoung and San continued to protect their city as the masked heroes, but this time, side by side and with hearts intertwined. Their tale of love, rivalry, and heroism became a legend in Evercrest, reminding everyone that even the most unlikely of pairs could find love and happiness in the unlikeliest of places.

And so, they lived happily ever after, masked superheroes by night and college rivals turned sweethearts by day.
