Night 1: Afterglow

As the night slowly enveloped the ranch, you felt an irresistible urge to step outside for a walk. Perhaps it was the enchanting glow of the moon the broke through the blinds, or maybe it was the excitement of encountering the rock slimes earlier in the day. Whatever it was, you couldn't just couldn't shake the feeling of being pulled back outside and into the unknown.

Y/N: Guess this place isn't gonna let me sleep tonight, well not like anyone needs it right?

Leaving your cozy ranch house behind, you ventured into the night. The air was colder now, and the atmosphere felt different from the daytime. The sounds of nocturnal creatures filled the air, and the glow of the slime-shaped moon illuminated your path.

Y/N: God, even the moon of this place looks adorable.

As you wandered further and endlessly into the dark, a small glimmer of light caught your eye, and the flickering of phosphorescents in the distance illuminated what lay ahead. Seeing nothing better to do you followed the soft glow, and discovered a breathtaking sight. The landscape was adorned with phosphorescent plants, painting the world in a mesmerizing array of colors. Everywhere you looked, the eerie glow seemed to dance around you like the brushes of paint gliding through the canvas.

Y/N: Wow...just...wow.

The glowing plants emitted a gentle light, allowing you to see easily. As you walked deeper into this luminescent wonderland, you encountered something truly magical - a group of Phosphor Slimes. These slimes had radiant, glowing bodies that sparkled like stars in the night sky. Their luminous presence was captivating, and you couldn't help but be drawn to them.

Y/N: Get a load of you guys. Definitely the most stylish slimes I've seen so far, without a doubt.

The Phosphor Slimes bounced and glowed, their bioluminescent displays mesmerizing you. They seemed curious about you, too, playfully darting around as if inviting you to join them, and you couldn't resist their charm. You carefully removed some fruits from your inventory and tossed them toward the glowing creatures.

Y/N: I hope you guys like Fruit cause this is all I have right now.

You chuckled softly to yourself, and to your delight, the Phosphor Slimes loved the fruits you offered, their glowing bodies shining even brighter with joy. The vibrant colors and their ethereal glow created a magical atmosphere that made you feel like you were in a dream.

Y/N: It's like a living light show! You guys are amazing! We don't have anything like you all back home closest thing we have would have to be...fireflies.

You couldn't help but smile a bit at the little guys as they feasted on the fruits so happily, and as you continued to them for a little while longer your mind couldn't help but think back to earth, and to days that felt so long ago now.

You sat with her in the middle of the night, surrounded by a small flower field. The air was crisp and carried the scent of blooming flowers, filling the atmosphere with a sweet fragrance. The moon hung high in the sky, casting a gentle glow over the scene, while fireflies danced around you, their bioluminescent light adding a magical touch to the moment. The girl beside you had a wistful smile on her face, her eyes shimmering like stars as she looked at you and sketched across her notepad.

Y/N: How much longer Ash? I don't think I can sit like this for much longer.

The girl giggled softly, her pencil taking a brief pause as she playfully raised an eyebrow, looking at you.

Ashle: Oh, come on Y/N don't be such a baby. Just a little bit longer I promise, gotta make this one just right.

Y/N: Alright, Alright. I trust you, but my ass is starting to get numb.

Ashle chuckled, setting her notepad aside and giving you a playful nudge.

Ashle: You'll survive, I promise. And trust me, this sketch is going to be worth it.

Her focus returned to the captivating scene before her, her eyes brimming with artistic passion. Ashle burst out laughing, her melodious laughter blending with the serene ambiance of the night. She playfully pushed the notepad into your chest, and you fell back to the ground with a chuckle

You stayed with the Phosphor Slimes for a while longer, basking in their warm glow and the nostalgic feelings they evoked. It was as if they were a bridge between your old life on Earth and this new, adventurous one on the ranch. Eventually, the phosphorescent plants and the glowing slimes started to fade, and you knew it was time to head back to the ranch to start a new day on the Far Far Range.
