The two looked up, seeing their friends come down the stairs. Aimee in a change of clothes and Ethan smiling . Dd and Daijiana shook their heads as they looked at the pair walk into the kitchen.

"Where tha' ice cream?" Ethan asked.

"In da' freezer. Nasty." Daijiana spoke from the living room couch. They were watching Boondocks. "Niggas is niggas." Huey voiced. Daijiana nodded.

Soon, the couple sat down on the couch as well with the personalized ice cream sundaes. The time was cut short though because Daijiana's phone rang.

"Wassup?" She answered. It was her cousin, Damari.

"You at Aimee's righ'? I'm finna come get you. I'm leavin' right now." She hummed and hung up. When he said that he was 'leaving'. That meant he wasn't dressed yet. So she wasn't going to rush.

She got up and walked her bowl to the sink, rinsing it out and setting it in the dishwasher. Then putting the ice cream tubs back since Ethan forgot to.

Aimee came into the kitchen too, done with her little bit of ice cream. "So you and wassaname?" She asked. Daijiana rolled her eyes unintentionally. The thought of him annoyed her.

"Nope. I'm not finna beg no one to take me serious."She simply answered. Aimee hummed.

"Damn. That's right though. Don't play in my face if you don't want me like." Aimee agreed.

"Girl shut the fuck up." Ethan butted in, making Aimee roll her eyes.

"Sassy nigga lifestyle.." Aimee sung a lyric to a song. Which made Daijiana and Dd chuckle.

"Man fuck y'all." Ethan mumbled and sat his bowl in the sink. Dd did the same and sat on the barstool.

"I know, and that's what I told her. Cause in what world am I gonna hate you because of a nigga that wanted me?" Aimee ranted to Daijiana over facetime.

"Right. I would have got it maybe if you was entertaining him but baby, he blocked on every platform. What you really feelin like?" Daijiana added her feelings as she ate her bagel.

"Like literally. But tell me about Tamir, I know you need to talk about it to someone." Her friend paused the Youtube video on her end and turned her phone up. Daijiana sighed.

"I dunno' it's just annoying. Cause he wanted me first. So that's what really had me stuck. But I mean, it is what it is. He can blow forty." She finished her bagel and Aimee laughed.

"He's a basketball player. We don't trust those." The lightskin girl acknowledge.

"Anyways, since you reminded me. Imma go make a tiktok about it." Daij stuck her tongue out and walked to the bathroom.

She had a good following on tiktok. About five hundred thousand followers. And she was pretty relatable so she always gained more because she was always on someone's for you page.

"Hey tick for tat, y'all finna get ready with me to go hang out with my friends!" She set up the phone and recorded a little clip for the tiktok video. "Alexa, play Peace Of Mind by PartyNextDoor." She yelled out to the speaker before pressing the red button to continue recording.

"So first I needa get dressed. I'm thinking of wearing these black stacked leggings, this white and black shirt that got my man on it and some yeezy slides. Hollon'." She stopped the video and got dressed. The outfit looked good in her head but needed something else. So she chose to put on some more bracelets.

"Aight yall, so this is cute and then imma do my edges." Daijiana took off her black scarf. Grabbing her orange edge booster and pink edge brush, she brushed her edges down and swooped them. Struggling with one side.

She gave up, instead swooped her braids and put them in a ponytail. She sighed and pressed the button again. "No cause I was struggling a lil' bit. But that's alright. Anyways, look at the nails." She showed her black french tip nails and ended the video. "That's all, bye yall!"

After a while, she heard a horn. Meaning her cousin was outside. Damari was very impatient so she knew she should go. She grabbed her favorite steve madden purse and charger. She made sure to check her purse for her lipgloss, blistex, airpods, house keys, lotion, perfume, and anything else.

Once she was all good to go, she headed out the door. She made sure to lock it before she got in the car with her cousin and he drove off.
