After some time for what felt like hours, the bell finally rang. Olivia got up along with the others and packed her things, like all her pens in her pen bag, the school books that she got she also put away in her backpack, and also her notepad block. After all this was gone, she closed her backpack and put it on her back. Before she wanted to go to the door to start her break, Ms. Marie called her name and the girl looked up at her.

"I'll give you another lesson after the break, so leave your backpack here," she said with a friendly smile towards her.

Olivia nodded and took her backpack from her. She thought they would have someone else for her, but since it would be Mrs. Marie again, she made a good point. She put her backpack on her chair and opened it to grab her favorite cookie which was wrapped in plastic wrap. She told Mrs. Marie goodbye and left the classroom. When she came out of the door, she saw James and Jessie waiting for her with smiles on their faces. Olivia let out a small smile and she was glad that they were there and she was grateful. She knew there were few students who didn't immediately take new students under their wing, like helping and developing friendships. Olivia liked to read books such as Warrior Cats, graphic novels, and occasionally even comics, almost always in English. She also liked to even read things from movies, series, and video games. Reading is good.

"Ready for a break?" said Jessie.

"Sure. I'm hungry," Olivia said, and before anyone could say a word, her stomach suddenly made a sound. Wow, is she that hungry? The girl with wings looked at the two in surprise and they chuckled.

"Come with me. I know a place," James said, and immediately began leading the way.

The girls followed James, and while they were on their way, Jessie began cautiously asking questions of Olivia. Not only did she get questions, but she was even watched by almost all the students they passed. It was exactly like the school was possessed and souls or spirits were watching her. They went outside where the beauty was shining and the sky was blue with some soft white clouds in the sky. But how do they really feel? Again, almost all the students stared at Olivia, but she ignored them and followed James along with Jessie. In the middle of the playground, there was a tree. It looked beautiful but the girl with wings looked a little sad. There was just little greenery and that is the only tree she saw in this school. So many schools have exactly no respect for nature, especially for some students. For example, there was trash they just threw on the ground.

Olivia sighed quietly and she thought no one heard but Jessie had heard. She looked at Olivia through the corner of her eye but said nothing. James sat down and the girls followed him. After things calmed down a bit and the students were doing their thing, James and Jessie started asking more questions. Olivia ate her cake but answered all the questions however she could, as long as she felt comfortable. After there were no questions, no more, the trio began talking to each other and listening.

When the break was done, classes continued and Olivia still felt somewhat uncomfortable in school. That was probably normal for many, but the girl kept having a hard time because she was constantly being stared at by the students. Hopefully, the day would pass soon so she could go home. Therefore, Olivia tried not to always stare at the clock that was hung against the wall. If you liked the class, then you are lucky and time goes by faster, but when you are constantly looking at the clock, then time goes by slower than you think.

But luckily the time to go home came several hours later. Olivia walked on her way to the gates until she saw Cindy waving at her. Again the girl was staring, but this time shortly before they went home or drove. Olivia felt her heart leap for joy. It was always nice to see at least someone at school that you knew. Was it just a parent, a friend, etc? The girl stepped faster until she reached Cindy.

Cindy chuckled when she saw how quickly Olivia was coming toward her, but also especially how happy she looked when she saw her. "Are you okay?"

Olivia looked surprised. "I'm just happy to see you, Cindy!"

Cindy laughed and patted Olivia's shoulder gently. "I'm just teasing. We have to wait for 2 more. Then we can leave."

The girl with wings looked at Cindy in surprise. She immediately wanted to know who the 2 others were that they had to wait for. Before she could open her mouth, doing anything to answer, she heard familiar voices behind her.

"Olivia?"

Olivia stiffened for a second before she turned to see. Her brown eyes opened wide. It was Jessie and James. "James? Jessie? Wait, you're the other 2 that Cindy said we should wait for?"

"That's right. I was just going to introduce you guys, but apparently, you already know each other," Cindy replied contently.

James smiled a little. "Actually, we already know each other because we're in the same class."

"Good. Come on, I just got my work done. Now we can drive home." Cindy went to her car before-then the teenagers followed her. After the book bags were in the luggage and everyone was in the car, Cindy drove away, back to the orphanage.
