The resolution

Jisoo cleared her throat. The room fell silent.

"Okay...we are all gathered here today in this room to witness the lives of two people. This is a celebration of two people whom I loved the most. These two separate people have chosen this special time and place to be with each other. The decision to be here is not entered into lightly, but rather is undertaken with great consideration and respect for both the other person and oneself. As friends and chosen family, we are able to celebrate with Jennie and Lisa in the making of this important commitment."

"Oh my god.." Lisa shook her head.

"Chu! Stop that!" Jennie pushed Jisoo's phone back down, stopping her from continuing to read her notes in it.

"Hey..hey...Dr Kang said I should talk about whatever I'm thinking about right now. So now I'm just reading my speech."

"You need to take this seriously." Jennie answered back.

"Nuh uh..you see there. She's smiling. She didn't look angry at me. And it's not fair...you let Chaeoyungah talk about her pet, Ju Hwang non-stop earlier!" Jisoo insisted.

Jennie rolled her eyes. It's true. While the three of them share seats on the sofa, Rosie instead was sitting alone in one of the armchairs slightly further away. That's the only reason Jennie couldn't stop her from talking about her pet fish. Rosie, though, was smiling at them sheepishly after she heard Jisoo mention her name.

"See..what I have to deal with?" Jennie let out a sigh.

Dr Kang just shook her head letting out a small smile.

"Jennie..what Jisoo said was true. I've told you girls to just say anything that comes to your mind and to speak it freely. You already had your turn. There'll be no judgement here in this room. So, Lisa..anything you want to say?"

Jennie felt the body beside her stiffened at her name being called out.

"Oh..uh..I'm not really comfortable with us being here." Lisa started.

"And why is that? This is not the first time we met here together with your members." Dr Kang asked softly.

Lisa looked down to her lap as she shrugged her shoulders. "Lots of things happened after our last meeting. I...I'm just not sure where to start."

"Maybe just start by telling us about your day. What were you doing yesterday?"

From the corner of her eyes, Jennie saw Jisoo leaned forward nodding her head encouraging the younger girl.

"Erm...I fed my cats in the morning then I went to the studio for dance practice. After that I went home. I ate my dinner and went to sleep."

"Oh..that's interesting." Rosie suddenly piped up.

"Huh? What does that mean?" Lisa asked back curiously.

"Well, when you tell me that you're just going to have a quiet night, I didn't really believe you. I thought you were spending that time with Jennie unnie again like usual."

Lisa looked at Jennie before looking down. "No. Uh..it's just me alone."

"Rosie, it seems you have something to talk about how Lisa is spending her day?" Dr Kang interjected.

"Yes...well I'm not sure how to say this. But I just feel like Lisa changed her habits when she was together with Jennie. She hardly goes out hanging out with her friends anymore. She mostly spends her time at home or at the studio. I don't think that's mentally or socially healthy."
