If it is, one of you will die, no exceptions; But if you don't, you belong to me" She said releasing Rafael. "Have a pleasant day" She said smiling and cackling at me as she left.
"Raf, are you alright" I asked looking all around him to see if he was hurt. "I'm fine, I'm just glad you're alright; But I'm not so sure that pact will last" He said hugging tight. "I'm so stupid, why would I agree to that" I said punching myself in the face.
"You did it to protect me, you cared so much about me that you gave a huge sacrifice; Yourself" He said kissing my forehead." So you didn't think I was breing selfish, by putting my lustful desires over your safety" I said crying. "No, if I was in that same position;
I would do the same thing for you" He said wiping the tears from my eyes. "It's going to be Ok, you'll see how that pact is nothing but a cosmic joke" He said carrying me up to our room.
Even though I just made a pact with the devil, Raf was right; This is nothing more than a huge cosmic joke.
