Going back to sleep, Kate awakened for work the next day to find Kibum still sleeping. She got ready quietly and left him a note saying she'd be back later as she was only working half day.

As Kathryn worked, her mind kept going back to her sleeping boyfriend at home. She was beginning to want more of him, but thinking of how it went last time she'd tried that, she still felt unsure. In any case, it was hard to resist him with how hot he was.

When Kibum woke up, he was disoriented for a bit. He looked around but no one was there. Walking into the kitchen, he found some breakfast and a note from Kate telling him she'd be back. He smiled at her cute handwriting and the hearts she'd drawn.

He used the bathroom to freshen up and decided to go back to his for some clothes, as he'd hurriedly dumped everything there the day before. He had plans for things he wanted to do; while he was touring, he'd realised that he hadn't actually gone out much with Kathryn, they were always at his place making out. He wanted to go on dates elsewhere and see more things with her.

When she came back at lunchtime, Kibum had already made food.

"Hey beautiful, how was your day?" he asked, giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Good, thanks. I see you changed."

"Yeah, I went to my place for some clothes."

Kate began to savour the food as he smiled at her.

"Do you have plans this afternoon?"

"No, why?"

"I want to go on a date somewhere."

"Oooh." She put down her chopsticks. "Where?"

"To an amusement park."

"Cool! I'm down." Then she looked unsure for a moment. "Is it okay going somewhere so public?"

Kibum frowned. "What do you mean?"

"Well I don't want to cause any trouble for you if you get seen out with me."

Kibum felt a streak of anger rise within him. "I'm allowed to go out with my girlfriend." He cupped her face. "Don't worry, okay? I know what to do."

So the two went to an amusement park, Kibum donning his disguise of choice: a cap and a face mask. They'd gone far away enough that no one should recognise him, but just in case he was prepared. As he took Kate's hand in his he could feel how unsure she was, but he squeezed it to reassure her. He didn't want her to think that he never wanted to be seen with her.

"What do you want to do first?"

"Rollercoasters of course!" she exclaimed.

Kibum groaned. "You sure you don't want to start with something else?"

"Are you afraid of heights, mister?" Kate smirked.

"A bit," he grumbled, but she just laughed.

"It's okay, I'll hold your hand."

Kibum rolled his eyes but was secretly pleased. He was happy that she was having fun even if he didn't love all the rides.

It was a fun-filled day and soon they were back off to her place. Kibum didn't want to waste a moment with her since he didn't have many of those.

"You can stay over again, if you want," Kate shyly proposed.

"Sure." He smiled.

Kibum looked around for the blanket and pillow as Kate fiddled with her hands.

"You can sleep in my bed... if that's alright with you."

"I'd like that." Kibum smiled. Truth be told, he'd be happy not to have to sleep on the mildly uncomfortable sofa.

They got in bed together and he wrapped his arms around her from behind. She was feeling a bit awkward so her body was stiff, but eventually she relaxed into him.

"We're just sleeping, not doing anything, okay?"

"Okay," he said sleepily.

He kept his arm around her as his breathing slowed, rapidly falling asleep.

It was different being in his embrace like this, more intimate. And in that moment, she knew that she wanted more from him.
