Chapter 21 Still single

On a quiet sunny sunday morning, the base is still lively as ever

Recently they became a bit suspicious that the amount of sleep they're getting is a bit off the clock as they unknowingly woke up at 4 to 5 AM. Way before their usual time which is 6 to 7 AM

But they ignored it as they went about their business.

Today is Sunday, a day of break so everyone is either relaxing themselves at this point

Here we see Belfast holding on to a tray that has a coffee mug, morning ramen noodles with fried fish

Going through her normal routine, she will deliver this tray to her commander which is Maz

Though she could knock before entering, she was given a permanent order by the queen (HMS Queen Elizabeth, the BB) that first eavesdroped on whatever he was saying before entering. If he didn't say a single word for 3 seconds she may enter but if she hears him talking she would first eavesdrop

Though this is invading someone's personal privacy or private conversation even though it's not entirely important, Belfast obeyed because she too is curious

I mean who wouldn't be curious when someone has survived a year here?

Anyways. Maz's door isn't thick so any words coming out will be muffled

As she is near his door, she could hear muffled voices coming out of the door

"What are you talking about now, master?" She then initiates eavesdropping skill level 11

"*muffled* My *unintelligible* marriage? *unintelligible* the ceremony? Whe- *unintelligible* will it take place? Ah yeah yeah, sure, I accept the location. Do I need to dress up in- *unintelligible* stupid fancy outfit? Sure... Tomorrow? Already?"

"Yes, and I am not mistaken that the commander will get married the next day. Though the time is unclear, it seems that the commander was rushed so it would be early in the morning."
