Ok, I'm slowly slipping back into my Demon Slayer phase. Anyway, I've had writers block for a while, so I just wanted to start a new little book to work on getting  my creativity back. (Also sometimes I just cringe seeing my old writing so I might do a tiny rewrite first.)

Age: 15 (16 post-timeskip.)

Birthday: 1st of October

Breathing style: Dragon Breathing

Appearance: Dark brown hair that goes down to his shoulders, ash brown eyes and a tad pale skin.

Other info: Ryu's father taught him and his older sister the breathing style he invented, hoping that his children could use it one day to their advantage in a career slaying demons; he has an older sister who works alongside him as a partner, Akane; very optimistic; likes senbei and old legends of dragons told by his sister. His favourite tales were any of them that included Ryujin (Dragon god); has abnormally high levels of agility and coordination; his nichirin sword is navy

Breathing style: Dragon Breathing

Appearance: Medium black hair, mostly tied in a low ponytail, deep green eyes and pale skin.

Other info: has a younger brother named Ryu; her father dedicated his life to his work as a Demon Slayer and died while protecting a family. The siblings were less sad than normal, as they believed he died with honour and his death was not in vain, as the family are all alive and well and still visit every sunday. This inspired both siblings to become demon slayers too; when she used to tell Ryu bedtime stories of old legends. Her favourite was that of Kuraokami, as she loved myths of dragons and rain and snow; she tries and fails most of the time to be serious and in fact is terribly sweet; she is incredibly skilled at swordsmanship; she's very impulsive; her nichirin sword is navy, like her brothers

(A bit of info on Dragon Breathing: Dragon Breathing was created by Akane and Ryu's father and branches from water breathing while incorporating some techniques of Serpent and Wind Breathing. Dragon Breathing requires significant arm strength and stamina. It has 5 different forms:

First Form, Dragons Breath- The user deals large blows that blow a strong vertical wind which has the power to knock over a fully grown man. These usually give deep gashes or can cleanly slice off a limb.

Second Form, Dancing Scale- The user slashes various times while moving around the target with intricate steps to deal blows on most of the targets body

Third Form, Talon Slashes- the user makes three deep gashes quickly, in a row

Fourth Form, Barrage of the Titan- The user twists and spins while holding their swords firmly and rapidly changing its position, aiming at up to 3 different targets, dealing various cuts to the torso area.

Fifth Form, Kuraokami's Wrath- a strong final blow while the sword twists and turns, akin to that of a serpentine titan with much arm strength required. This is guaranteed to make a significantly deep cut and is best blown to the neck. )
