minju couldn't help but wonder why she was alone in this place and in that state as she stared at the bruised student in front of them.
"It's okay now. all the spheres have been killed," sergeant wonbin stated as he approached the girl they met in one of the properties they checked out.
"what happened?" their class president, Yoojung, asked, concerned. "Is this a dream?" muttered the girl as she slowly looked up to her shaking with empty eyes.
"I think they also have survivors," deokjoong pointed out as he noticed Lieutenant Lee and the others heading towards them.

"jangsoo," minju called and went to him until the girl they found spoke, "don't step on her" repeating herself until she's yelling as stand up, completely out of her mind. aeseol subsequently removed her foot from the corpse.
"don't step on my friend!" she exclaimed, before collapsing.
when they arrived at shelter eight, they noticed a lot of corpses on the ground and blood scattered everywhere.
upon entering the shelter, Lieutenant Lee instructed them to split up by squad and search for any survivors. minju and the other squad one members followed lieutenant Lee.
"It stinks," soonyi said as they entered a room, covering her nose until she gasped with Heerak by her side.
"what is it?" minju asked and then walked towards them, before noticing a child's foot. crouching down, she pulled the tent slowly, only to sigh at the sight of a corpse.
'childrens...' minju thought, her heart aching.
"it appears that everyone is dead here," youngsoo muttered as he looked around. "I don't believe there are any survivors," youngshin stated.
"I'm worried about my parents," soonyi expressed concern.
"you kids are the only survivors," lieutenant Lee said to the two girls and one guy they found.
"we were told to deliver supplies to the shelter, but when we arrived..." the guy abruptly gave up talking. "what about the person in charge?" lieutenant lee questioned, to which the other girl replied, "we don't know. he disappeared."
"why did you stay here without the commander in charge?" he confusedly asked. "we were told to wait, so we waited. We did as we were told, so why?" the girl sobbed as she spoke, causing everyone to look at each other in sympathy.
"I know it must be difficult, but please calm down; we'll talk again once things are sorted out," lieutenant Lee said softly as the girl broke down.
lieutenant lee stood up and said, "yoojung, take care of them." "All right," and he walked away.
