Me and Ella finally made it to the carnival we locked our bike and went inside, we both went on rides and Noah joined us too.

"Im starving" Ella complained holding her belly

"Yeah same" Noah agreed looking around trying to find food

"Relax you big babies look there's a pretzel cart there let's go get some pretzels" I said pointing to a pretzel cart.

We all walked up to it "what woul-" ashtray turned around and was saying but got cut off by my flash going of in his face and all of us laughing

"Delete that right now" ashtray said trying to grab the phone from me

"No way you look so cute" I said laughing at his outfit

"Ok never say that but what do you guys want?" Ashtray said rolling is eyes

"3 pretzels please" Noah said handing him money and ashtray giving each of us pretzels

"Are you seriously gonna be working all the time?" Ella said pointing at ashtray while he just nodded
"Come on you have to go on some rides with us" I said, I mean it's kind of sad that he's our age and is working at a carnival

"Im fine" ashtray said bored

"Come on man just one ride stop being boring" Noah said

Ashtray rolled his eyes and took of his apron and headband and walked out "what ride?"

We all got excited and Ella pointed "that one".

It was finally our turn "ok so two people in each cart" and let us in Ella and Noah quickly got in one cart which left me with ashtray

We both got in and the ride started it we screamed and laughed

I looked over to my side and saw ashtray actually smiling I smiled seeing him smile.

The ride ended and we went on more rides it was so much fun

"Let's go on the Ferris wheel!" Ella said excited we all agreed

When we got there, there was one cart for two people like always Ella went with Noah and I went with ashtray

It was silent but in a good way

"You know I'm really glad you had fun with us today" i said smiling at him and he looked and me and smiled

"Oh yeah did you get in trouble today?" Ashtray asked looking back outside

"Uh no I walked out" I said remembering what happened as my smile dropped

"Why" ashtray asked looking at me

"Uh i don't know I guess I just don't like her boyfriend" I said shrugging

"Why?" Ashtray asked looking back at me

"He's just not as nice as he seems to be and I'm still not really over my dads death but I know some day I'll have to let him go" I said silently I can't believe I actually told ashtray

I felt pressure on my body and saw that ashtray was hugging me

"What's this for" I said chuckling he just shrugged

He let go but his hands still on my shoulder we just stared at each other he started to lean In until the gap between closed

We kissed,me and ashtray O'Neill kissed

We pulled away and the ride stopped I quickly got out I mean what were you supposed to do after you just had your first kiss?

It started getting dark so me and Ella said our goodbyes and starting biking back

"Why were you and ashtray so tensed after the Ferris wheel" Ella asked me

"Uh nothing" I said except for the fact we kissed!

"It doesn't seem like nothing" Ella said smirking at me

"Ok uh we kissed" I said fast

Ella stopped biking which made me stop after her she just looked at me

"NO WAY NO WAY NO WAY" Ella started saying I just rolled my eyes and smiled

"I KNEW IT YOU LIKE HIM! AND HE DEFINITELY LIKES YOU!" Ella said excited

"He probably just kissed me because he felt sorry for me after I told him about my dad" I said shrugging

"Boy are you dumb or something HE LIKES YOU" ella said with a serious face

"Yeah whatever" I said then we parted our ways and biked home what if he does like me or what if he did kiss me because he felt bad?

I got Home and brushed my teeth and went to sleep but all I can think of was ashtray,the kiss
