Now Hange, Connie, and Jean are imprisoned in the dungeon, while Eren and Aya finish transferring the powers of the Beast Titan to Sasha, Aya turns to her father, who nods and kills Zeke, who doesn't seem to resist.

Back in Shiganshina, it shows Pyxis eating, meanwhile, many of the soldiers have their hands on the walls, being overseen by other soldiers who have guns pointed at their backs. The Yaegerists are tying armbands to the others, looking emotionless while the others look tense.

"We'll dine at the same table again soon." Yelena says with a smirk. "Hasn't it happened just like I said, Commander Pyxis?"

Pyxis stares at her with a serious expression, everyone around the two is eating slowly.

"I appreciate your swift response. You gathered all soldiers in the Shiganshina and forbade opposition as we asked."

"Given the spinal fluid we didn't have much choice" Pyxis replies. "Only Shiganshina was evacuated, and we could become Titans at any minute." He then looks at the soldier standing behind him, holding a gun and with a red armband. "In any case, what else could I do with comrades pointing guns at my back?"

The soldier looks dismayed. "I'm sorry, Commander. My son and I both drank the wine."

"Since when did you betray..." Pyxis is about to ask.

"There's no need to answer." Yelena cuts him off.

The soldier stiffens. "Forgive me."

Pyxis looks over at another soldier with a white armband. "It seems that switching sides sooner came with advantages. That white armband you wear so proudly is proof you're a Yaegerist, no? Red must be for those who learned they drank tainted wine and were forced to comply. The rest of us fools who drank the wine without knowing a thing are identified with black." He then looks back at her. "Sounds like how Marley does things. Didn't they do something similar when they took over your homelands?"

"We can learn a lot from our enemies." Yelena replies.

"Such as how to make more of them." Pyxis says.

"Was it not your people who refused to side with us?" She asks.

Pyxis looks back down at the wine on the table. "That said, considering we failed to trust guests who served us tainted wine, does that make us foolish or wise?"

"You were both foolish and wise." Yelena moves to grab the wine in front of her. She lifts her glass. "If you had trusted Zeke and us from the start, the world might be saved by now."

Yelena obviously doesn't know that Zeke is already gone forever, but neither do the Garrison or the Military Police. "The world might be saved?" Pyxis questions as others at the table stare at her.

"I was under the impression your plan was to reunite Zeke and Eren for a small-scale rumbling to keep other nations at bay for the next 50 years. Won't only the island be saved?"

Gloria and Onyankopon are present as they stare at Yelena, who says, "It's too late. Zeke gave you plenty of time. And you answered his mercy by planning to kill him. Zeke is the god who will save the world and you've earned his wrath."

"So? All we can do is sit here while it all plays out?" Connie asks with slight anger now that he, Hange, and Jean are sitting in the cell.

Hange says, "And what can we do now? I wasn't expecting that Erwin, Petra, and even Levi are in this plan of doing the Rumbling..."

"But think about it. Eren and the Yeagerists tried negotiating with the outside nations, and they all continue to loathe us, stopping the Rumbling will also mean leading the island to its doom."
