I'm just in my room watching tv when F.R.I.D.A.Y announces there's a team meeting. I'm confused, there was no team meeting scheduled. Whatever this is it must be serious. I head downstairs and see the team already there. I sit next to my dad. Tony and Nick are standing in the front with worried looks on their faces.
Tony finally breaks the silence between everyone. "I'm sure your wondering why your here, since this was unplanned." Everyone continues to stay silence when my uncle Steve finally speaks up.
" Whats going on Tony?" He says concerned. I stay silent. "Well we've discovered another Hydra base. Possibly the most dangerous one." Nick says. I glance at my dad who tenses up. I hold his hand to comfort him. My dad sighs deeply. " when are we going" He says.
Nick replies "Everyone is going on this mission. The base is located underground in Cambodia. It is by far the most technologically advanced base yet. Their defenses are like no others. It will be dangerous.
We leave tomorrow at 5:00. Dont be late."
Before anyone can ask any questions Nick leaves. I look at the floor and zone out, lost in my thoughts. My dad was at hydra for nearly 70 years. I know he hates it and doesn't want me to go on this mission. I also know he believes Nick and knows it is necessary for me to go. They need my powers.
