My eyes flicked upwards quickly, anger dissipating seeing Yunho sitting up. He was perched on the edge of the bed, skin slick with sweat no doubt from trying to exert himself to get into the position he was in currently. It was obvious he was still in pain with the grimace that still marred his features and the twitch of his eyebrow.

"You're awake." I whispered; relief overwhelming as I quickly walked across the room. "You shouldn't be up. You're still recovering."

My worry momentarily distracted me from the fact that he had discarded his shirt at some point. The bandage around his abdomen a startling white contrast to his skin. Reminding myself that the man was injured and now was not the time to be ogling him, I placed my hands on his bare shoulders, gently applying pressure to get him back in bed. He brushed my hands away, grunting in the effort to try and stand until I pushed him back down.

"Yunho, please."

He tsked but let me help him back into bed. "Since you asked so nicely."

I rolled my eyes, cradling him as he leaned back into the pillows. The wince and grinding of his teeth telling me his wound still bothered him. More than he would like me to see. I wasn't sure when his last bandage change was, but it looked fresh as I checked it making sure everything was in place.

"How do you feel?"

"Like shit."

I took the rag and bowl of fresh water I kept tableside, setting it down on the mattress beside me before dipping the rag in to wet it.

"I can find you something for the pain." I told him, wringing out the cloth.

"Don't bother. It won't kill me."

I sighed. "You do know that accepting painkillers won't make you any less tough, right?"

Instead of waiting for him to answer, I picked up his arm, running the damp rag along his skin until he flinched away from me.

"What are you doing?"

"Cleaning you. What does it look like?"

"I don't need you to." He mumbled, pushing my hands away again.

I smacked his hands away from mine, his eyes flicking up to me in surprise.

"Listen, I'm already in a foul mood. I don't need you tacking onto it with your macho man pride or whatever it is you feel I'm hurting. Just let me fucking wash you so I can find you some medicine and get some food in you." I snapped, my anger pushing me on the verge of tears.

Yunho's surprise wore off rather quickly, head turning away from me before I could see much of the smile that snaked its way onto his lips. Instead of saying anything, I held his arm up. A silent gesture for me to keep going. The next few minutes passed in silence. Neither of us talking, just listening to the storm outside rage on and the occasional drizzling of water back into the bowl when I would wring out the rag. I could feel him watching me, but I chose to ignore it. Focusing on wiping away the thin sheen of sweat that covered his bare torso, being mindful of his bandages the lower I moved down his chest.
