Kobeni, amidst the chilling atmosphere, mustered the courage to ask, "Why me? Out of all the people you could have chosen, manipulated, or influenced, why did you focus so much on me?"

Future Ryota paused, taking a moment to formulate his answer. When he finally spoke, his tone was chillingly analytical, stripped of any warmth or sentimentality.

"Efficiency," he began, "and familiarity. There's a version of you, in the timeline I hail from, who plays a significant role. You always had a certain... resilience, a strength. Your loyalty to family, your protective instincts – it made it easier for me to predict and influence your actions."

He continued, eyes fixed on Kobeni, "Moreover, with the bond you shared with the present Ryota, it was beneficial to manipulate that connection. It was a two-fold strategy. On one hand, it allowed me to control him indirectly through you. On the other, it ensured that he remained anchored, preventing him from becoming as unhinged as I did."

Kobeni, despite the fear she felt, pushed further, "But why the extreme measures? Why force such twisted desires and conditions upon us?"

Future Ryota smirked, "Desperation breeds drastic actions. In my timeline, things spiraled out of control far too quickly. By manipulating key figures here, especially you, I believed I could create a different outcome, one where I – or at least a version of me – could experience some semblance of happiness and affection, no matter how twisted the route to it."

Kobeni shuddered at the cold logic of his words. His perspective, while rooted in a desperate desire for a better life, had taken a dark and treacherous path.

Kobeni's gaze shifted momentarily to the window, noticing the darkening skies and the distant sounds of chaos. "It's too late," she murmured, a tone of desperation creeping into her voice. "The present Ryota has already begun his rampage. I've seen that distant look in his eyes before, as if he's been burdened with memories that aren't his own."

Future Ryota's eyes widened in realization, "The cycle... it's starting to repeat itself."

Their father, observing the conversation, finally broke his silence, "All this manipulation, all this planning... And we've come full circle. This can't be the end."

Kobeni, deep in thought, responded, "Maybe... Maybe there's still a way. We can't undo what's been done, but we can shape what's to come."

Future Ryota raised an eyebrow, "And what do you propose?"

Drawing a deep breath, Kobeni spoke with a newfound determination, "I'm willing to sacrifice the world if it means saving my brother from himself. If this world must suffer to give him a chance at happiness, then so be it. But I have a plan. It's risky, but it's our best shot."

Their father looked at her, worry evident in his eyes, "Kobeni, are you sure? The weight of such a decision..."

She cut him off, "I've made up my mind. Ryota needs a chance, and I'll do everything in my power to give all the chances I could give it to him."

Future Ryota, despite his cold demeanor, looked impressed. "Very well," he said, "Let's hear your plan."

Future Ryota's eyes narrowed. "There's another option," he began, "a more complex one, perhaps, but it may work. In the realm I come from, I was not only a devil contractor but a reincarnator. I've lived multiple lives across various worlds."

Kobeni, already overwhelmed by the weight of their situation, snapped. With a swift motion, she slapped Future Ryota, "Stop it! Stop with the jokes and the games. This isn't the time!"
